You just mean you don't understand them, or are really bad at speaking them? That would make sense. German is hard to learn, mainly because the sentence structure is so different than ours. I find it pretty cool though, as it's more direct and too the point. "Store I go." instead of "I'm going to the store." You say store first, because that's what's important. "What's going on?" then "Who?" etc. I think, I might be confusing it a little bit, but that's pretty much what I know. It's also a lot like Sign Language. You would sign "Store", sign "Go", then point to yourself. Or, "I go store." works too.
French... IDK. I have no clue. Only French I've really known is from watching CL:E, and having to listen too all the talking and compare it to the really bad subtitles. I think I can pick up on general French speech now because of it, but nothing specific. xD
