Sam wanted his brother alivd, nit for his brother's sake, but for his own, ths why he's Avaritis, or Avarice. Jack believed that his lack if action to prevent Sam's pickpocketing is what caused everything, thus his name is Acedia, or Sloth.

Ira would land a short ways a way from where Kuro was, having seen him when he hopped onto the building, and for a split second, he stared at the ice mage with a mixture of confusion, pain, and despair, but it was gone as suddenly as it had come, the blazing red orbs and bright blue pupils once again filled with incalculable amounts of rage. He would launch himself at the mage, hands set alight with morenred flame, as he attempted strike after strike against him. His movements were quick, precise, and immensely powerful, and his ability to predict and avoid any of Kuro's follow up attacks was scary.

This has been addressed in the collab, I'm having it so that Ira's charge to attack was stopped by Kuro's attack. Thanks for noticing though, and don't let it discourage you from doing like-wise in the future

Acedia already got wreckedby Kaijuman [i]breaking his body apart['i],and Avar has also taken a level in badass, if you didn't realize. He ain't going to be an easy victory, and ramged weapons are not going to ne that useful against at the moment. Also, glad you think so. I plan to next time, I'm going to have you guess what action invokes the names, it'll be like a victory quiz show for each demon defeat.

Quick question: With Acedia dead, does his nightmare curse go away or is Cynthia still screwy in the head?

I put it in the post, all of the stuff went away. Reason, Acedia charged himself with all of the energy he could gather and used it to blitz over to Avaritia's location. Everyone's free of the curse stuff, though the psychological effects of it might not be so easily dispersed. Wonder what the group's reaction thus is gonna be. I feel that maybe Cynthia and Sable will feel a bit bad about, Oram won't care, and Matisuki might also not care, or he might see himself in Avaritia, as this is actually a pretty similar parallel to his own father's death. That is an interesting angle abd I hope @Lmpkio will consider it

Ah. I missed it, somehow. But looking back I see you did explain it. But there is another problem that I think may have gone unforeseen: Matisuki just got flung and he's the only one carrying the vials. I don't know how sturdy those things are but that might be a bad thing for them.

Yeah, they aren't, but I need to check, and see something. I think Nigel gave Cynthia and Sable vials. But I don't think he told them what to do with them. Which is bad.

Yeah, but if you win, you might have to kill one of your friends, as only Matisuki has any idea how to use them, and Avar isn't going to focus on anyone else until he beats him near death, unless they do something really bad, like mock his brother's death. Though... it took all three Dragon Slayers to defeat the dragon... and he was already one-foot-in-the-door... Gwen is going against a demon that is actually getting stronger. There's a difference. XD
