It is a faction sheet. The best, most detailed, and interesting sheet IMO will get nine credits. Plus, I got it approved from Lugu.

...I am ashamed to admit I only read the first sentence. I thought the rest of the paragraph just expounded on it, not introducing a new system. That's frankly too much credits, and will drain from IC attention.

Since it's going to be a big contest, though I'll allow there to be four places. Winner gets four, second three, and so on. Not every participant will receive. I may interject whichever ones please me into canon, regardless of win status.
