The mythology is weirder.
Loki got turned into a she-horse and raped by another horse to give birth to a eight legged horse.

all mythology no matter which source is weird at some point. Norse just likes taking things up a couple of notches or ten in terms of some things.

Hahaha naaaaaah.
Norse is pretty mild.
"A woman now wields Mjolnir."
<Snipped quote by Guess Who>
Whosoever holds this hammer, if she be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.
Most religions are pretty wacky from one perspective or another.

>most religions
Personally I'd say all religions are like that, even my own. Not necessarily a bad thing, and I actually find that it makes things more interesting.
<Snipped quote by Onarax>
At least people believe your religion is an actual religion.
@Krayzikk
<Snipped quote by Crimmy>
Yeah, but at least people don't believe your religion is filled with hate.
Does give me great opportunities for jokes though.
What's your that people don't think it qualifies?
<Snipped quote by Onarax>
True. It's planely clear that the amount of black humour you can derive from your religions towers over all else in western society.
<Snipped quote by Prince of Seraphs>
Ruism.
<Snipped quote by Crimmy>
Now if only I was black.
Then my black humour could get even better.
Now that's just ignorant.
A bunch of my cousins are darker skinned. I don't know how skin colour works over here. The genetics are weird.
<Snipped quote by Onarax>
I've noticed that the north has a tendency to be lighter-skinned than the south though.
<Snipped quote by Crimmy>
That's just an issue of less sun and colder climate. But really no one really notices skin colour there, that's a Westerner thing.
