Death thats the only description to the smell of downstairs slowly moving closer to the source of the smell "Maybe I should go back for the angels help she did seem to know how to fight." Thinking about it he shakes his head. "No if she can't smell this evil then it is up to me to cleanse this place." Brandishing a pale see through sword and a spell he quickly cast the spell brightened spirit on himself ready to face the horrors of what lies ahead.

@SephietheEvil "Kuroneki and Yorugiro...if they're as dangerous as you claim, than it would be best to avoid confrontation with them until we're fully prepared..however, I don't believe Joerose is currently in his right mind. He went down to Yorugiro's location just now.." Makoto points out, jabbing a thumb in the foolish ghost's general location at the time. He then turns to face Ellysa once more, glancing back at Renn when it is stated that the two of them are indeed good friends. "I see..you two share a strong bond...don't lose sight of it." He states before walking over to Minako, a lot on his mind as he speaks to her. "Considering we're from the same school and club," He begins, pointing out their red sashes with the acronym S.E.E.S. written in black lettering that are on their arms, "how about we team up?" He asks, waiting to see what Minako's response would be.

[Snarfulblast]

"Hmmph typical the richy out of town privileged from a private school I am better than thou people team up." Lucas mutters angrily."I mean what about us poor folk eh, do we have to team up with ourselves because the richy rich folks don't like us commoners." "Lucas I think he wants to team up with someone he has a better chance of knowing what they might do and not try to back stab them at the first opportunity." Lilly whispers to him as she returns to his shoulder. "Yeah right. He just hates us cause we aren't from privileged parents." he glares angrily at the Makoto. "Well I'am going to go help Joerose." Fred says walking past everyone and heading to the stairs.

"W-wait, hold on, he went down there?!" Abernathy is alarmed at the news of Joerose going down to meet with Yorugiro. He pauses, then frowns at everyone else in the group. "You absolutely must not go after him. It is simply too foolish and too dangerous!"
"We can't just leave him and let him fall to the beast, though, can we?" Minako counters. "We all might not know each other so well, but we at least carry the sense to care about others in the same situation as ourselves. We're all here to explore this mansion and find out what happened here, so we have to stay together if we can help it. No one gets willingly left behind."
Abernathy blinks at Minako's short speech, and with a sigh, he tips his hat to the girl. "You really know how to fight for your cause, don't you? Fine. Perhaps, if you truly must, I can go with you. Yorugiro won't attack me."
"Why not?" Minako asks.
"...It's possible you might just find out, depending on the outcome of this." An odd smile lifts the corners of dino-Abernathy's fang-filled mouth.
"Of course we share a strong bond!" Ellysa grins in reply to Makoto.
"What do you mean, 'of course'? We're demon and angel, it's a little strange..." Renn murmurs.
"Ah, those are technical terms! What really matters is what's in the heart of the person! You could be the queen of Hell itself for all I could care, and as long as you weren't horrifically evil, and stayed the way you are now, I'd still be your companion." Ellysa ruffles the demon girl's hair playfully, making Renn blush a bit.
Minako turns to Makoto as he walks closer to her, and listens to his proposition. She nods with a small smile. "Well, considering we've got other teams here already, it looks like, that sounds like a good idea."
However, she turns to listen to what Lucas has to say, and gives him a strange look. "Rich? Well, I know I'm not rich, and last time I checked, our school was pretty good, but not filled with rich people..."
Down in the dark basement of the Lavenshade Mansion lies a sinister beast, patiently awaiting the next victim to fall beneath the floors and into his gaping jaws. Suddenly, from above, he starts to hear his name, as well as the voice of someone coming ever so close to his chamber in the basement.
"YOORRRRUUUUUUU......" The monster, previously asleep, rises onto his claws. If he weren't made completely out of darkness, dangerous glints would have dotted each of the numerous horns and spikes all along his body. He gives out a great, horrifying roar, raising his scorpion-like tail that seems to ooze with a sickly dark purple substance. His eyes and mouth light up with the red light deep within him, illuminating the dark of the basement in a pale red as well...

[Snarfulblast]

"Wait up Joerose." Fred reaches Joerose while he was on the stairs not hearing any of the conversation above."Lets go together, even if you don't like me we can still work together." Fred grabs his arm and drags him farther down the stairs until they hear the roar then she backs up still dragging Joerose with her. "Alright so maybe your not rich but your still from privileged parents and stuff. But because we have to work together here I will help you. Lilly I want you to try to talk to the person down stairs not Joerose and Fred but the other thing whose name I have forgotten." Lucas still grumpy tells the group.

"I will not rest until that monster is killed by thy hand." Shaking the ghost off, He charges the monster casting pillar of light on the beast as well slashing the pale blade across it's face."Will not flee, will not give in, WILL NOT STOP FOR THE LIKES OF YOU!" He yells casting brightening spirits on himself, and Fred dealing a couple more blows to the beast at the same time.

[Snarfulblast]

"No don't hurt him." Fred cries "I didn't want to do this but I guess I'll have to put you to sleep." She puts her hand on Joerose's eyes and as she does this her hand glows a deep purple causing Joerose's to slow and eventually stop moving.

"NO I WILL NOT" Turning around to stab Fred in the chest just missing where the heart would be stoping the curse at the same time. "I WILL CLEANSE YOU BOTH." Striking Fred with a holy both of light stunning her then he turns around doing the same to the beast. "BE CLEANSE BY MY HOLY LIGHT."

[Snarfulblast]

"Ummm yeah maybe you shouldn't have done that." Riley says jumping off of Fred's shoulder. Running up the stairs Riley reaches the others. "Guys help Joerose is attacking the thing in the basement and he stabbed Fred."

"WHAT???" Ater says "we need to help them!" Ater rushes off to help

Hearing Lucas' attitude towards them and stating that Minako and him had privileged parents and all that jazz resulted in Makoto glaring at the boy, now turning to face him. "Don't act like you know me or her. As far as I'm concerned, you're a complete stranger." Then, seeing just about everyone head towards the basement, he sighed with frustration. "What morons..do they all have a death wish? What do you think we should do?" He asks as he turns back to Minako, simply awaiting for orders at the moment.

[Snarfulblast]

"Your right I don't know you but that doesn't mean you know me. You have no idea the trials and ordeals me and my family had to go through to get me to this point in time. We had to save every penny and every little bonus my dad got from one of his ten different jobs was a blessing. And yeah my dad had TEN jobs for crap pay." Lucas turns to Makoto. "You see this camera." He pulls out his camera ,"This camera cost me my college tuition, this camera is what made my family not poor. Now How did a camera do that you ask, I used it to capture ghost on film which in my town made me hundreds of dollars. I don't think you had to use a camera and waste your college money to get your family to where it is now." He returns Makoto's glare but puts more hate behind it."Oh and the only person who seems to have a death wish is you."

Stopping his running, Ater turns to the group and says "are you going to help?! stop chatting we need to hurry!" Ater runs off again to the basement.

"Seems your friends here are at odds with each other...but this gentleman here is right," Abernathy says to Minako while gesturing towards Ater, "If we're going to go through with this possibly-foolish act of bravery to save Joerose, then we should surely hurry-"
Before Abernathy can finish, another loud roar is heard from down in the basement, this one shaking the walls and floors. Renn ends up clutching onto Ellysa's arm, and Amelia scurries up the stairs of the mansion.
"Y...Yorugiro's angry...!" Renn squeaks.
"Come! We shall fight!" Ellysa raises her sword in her free hand.
"T-there's no way I'm going down there too! Not again!" Renn cries.
Minako watches all of the commotion, biting her lip with slight frustration. She turns to Makoto and Lucas. "You two can fight about this manner if you wish, though there's no point. I'm going on ahead to see if there's a way to calm down this monster, and stop a large battle from even having to-AH!" Another violent tremor in the ground almost bring her to her knees, and right before her, a huge spike made of darkness breaks through the floor, nearly impaling her.
"It's furious. I'm going on ahead." Abernathy states while quickly making his way towards the stairs, catching up with Joerose and Fred. He quickly analyzes the situation, observing Joerose fighting his own friend, and Yorugiro as well. However, Yorugiro hasn't been weakened, only angered even more. The huge monster has absorbed a large amount of the light from Joerose's attacks into his own red glow within his body, and is using it to grow in size and power. His spikes scrape and puncture the walls ad the ceiling above him, and he prepares to lash out at Joerose and Fred with furious, deadly claws. In a hurry, Abernathy rushes to stand in the way of the attack.
"Yoru, please, listen to me! You have to sto-" Abernathy doesn't get to finish before the monster swipes him with his claws, flinging him hard against the darkness-covered walls.
Minako rushes down the stairs after Abernathy, Ellysa by her side as well.
"ABE!" Ellysa gasps at the scene, and brandishes her blade. "Alright, beast! Ready for the second round?!"
Minako stares at the angered Yorugiro for a moment, contemplating a strategy to calm him down. She honestly didn't want to fight the monster, as it looked far too dangerous at this point. However, as she observes, she catches sight of something small and white behind the beast, at the very end of the basement chamber. The figure peeks back at her with big, empty-looking lavender eyes.
"Negloria...?" Minako whispers under her breath. Just as soon as she spots the girl, Negloria ducks behind the monster and vanishes altogether...

Ater looks around at the situation, and notices how the beast absorbed the light from Joerose. "I have an idea!" Ater focuses on the beast, and uses Draining Light on the it to drain IT!.

"If we weren't in such a predicament I would behead you Ater but thanks for helping out!" casting not a spell but forms another sword and attacks with both blades at the same time not stopping instead getting faster and faster with each blow until it became hard to follow his movements. "Feel my justice!"

Fred now recovering from the attack looks up and screams "STOP FIGHTING THIS THING ONLY WANTS PEACE AND LOVE!" Fred runs up and hugs Yoru hoping that it will calm him down. But if that didn't work than she would have to use her most powerful sleep curse.

[Ater FireSoul]

"FRED YOUR GONNA DIE AGAIN!!!" Ater yells

"NEVER, I WILL NOT DIE AGAIN." She continues to hug Yuro.

@SephietheEvil Now completely ignoring Lucas, Makoto follows after Minako and the others, being careful to avoid the newly formed holes in the floor as he traverses his way down to the basement. Now, he stands beside Minako and Ellysa, eyeing the large monster warily. He also notices Negloria, only able to catch a small glimpse of the white-garbed girl until she disappears from his line of sight. "We can worry about her later. In the meantime, it looks like Yorugiro is our main objective. Ugh, what morons...they have no strategy whatsoever.." He mutters this last part as he not only sees Joerose go a-wall and attack just about everything in his path, but also notices Fred try and calm the beast with a hug. What're your orders, leader?" He asks Minako, now at her command.
