CLOSED RP between myself and Navy_Vet So I was thinking that maybe my character knew yours from back in his circus days when they were friends. Do you think that will be okay? I figured if I give them a little history it will make them wanting to be friends a little more realistic.

Oh noes! I wrote up the first post but forgot to actually post it hah. I just finished up my music lesson so it should be up within the hour. Sorry if it's not that great or long, I am absolutely awful at first posts.

It's all good. I've started a post several times and haven't finished. I've been reading alot about Dick Grayson so now I think I have a pretty good handle on the character now.

Wonderful ^_^ Although I'm also happy for you to put your own spin on him, give him a personality you're comfortable with. So long as you're happy with the character I don't mind if it's not 100% accurate.

I have a spin I'm going to put on him. He's angry that his parent's murder is still unsolved, he's mad at Bruce because he's still living in batman's shadow even though he led the Titans for several years. So he wants to prove himself and may get slightly reckless at times. But the cool thing is I now have a really good feel for where I'm taking this character, so I'm ready to rock and roll.

Okay just one other thing how are you on secondary characters? A fan? Not? Just so I know if we should bother spending time on the friends, giving them characters or not.

I usually focus on the main character, with Dick being who he is, he doesn't really have friends his age outside the Teen Titans. He has acquaintances and guys he knows around school and stuff but he doesn't hang out with any of them.

I'm not sure if you know it or not but Dick eventually buys the circus his family was in. He used money setup in a trust fund by his parents because the owner gets in trouble for borrowing money from a mob boss again, which is wy his parents were killed in the first place.

Okay so I've been thinking of how were going to introduce Robin to the story. I have an idea but it's pretty bad/ cliche. So if you have any, feel free to suggest them :)
