Finished changes, had him keep constructs,as that just pure 'Pure Energy' being slammed into someones face.
that's not actually quite true... I mean, I can't do it instantly, but assuming what I've read on the subject is correct, I can easily picture the molecular effects that go into creating a bolt of lightning. It just takes a minute for me to run through it.It matter of whatever the information is precise. We don't know to what extend our knowledge is right or even know if we got all information we require. If someone tries to execute something with unsure probability, high chance it will fail and will lead to tragedy. Naturally I won't mind if it's a robot or alien doing it, we won't have to explain anything.
As for magic, ugh, nasuverse mechanics always give me a headache. How faithful to it are you going to be, just want a heads up as to how many times I'm going to have to look back at the wiki tomsee if what I want my guy to do will work or not. However, now this brings my biokinetic guys abilities into question. What he can do is shift organic material in anyway he prefers, consuming more by devouring other living beings. He'd also be able to fain access to the memories of those he devours, via consumption of the brain. He'd also have a high regenerative factor, similar to Julia except he can be killed by complete eradication of the brain, and he needs to eat as well. Esper would be poisonous to him, with a single drop of their blood making him very ill and weakened. Would that work,in conjunction with this explanation of espers.First, Magic in this RP setting is pretty simple (it will be problematic if it's not) so worry not. Second, the differences between normal human and Espers is that Espers produce [GPE]. [GPE] is not a substance and more like a body heat. So eating dead Espers won't do him harm. But Espers' brain works slightly differently compared to normal human, so I suppose it won't be odd if there is side effect of devouring Espers' brain.

And it helps with his last bit of his power, a sort of sixth, or in this case, seventh sense to detect espers and thus, avoid trying to eat them.
<Snipped quote by Raijinslayer> I see. *Puts in the list of people to never fight, along with the guy who can manipulate distance*Isn't it sad, Aracchin? It's funny cause I'm 99% sure he's literally the nicest HWMD ESPer
Hmm, I wonder how Arata's space manipulation'll react with Truth Weiss' embodiment of space-time and the big rift into what may or may not be the 'world' of demons. Gah, getting motivation during classes is the worstWhile we're at it, how Annette's Wave Manipulation will react with all this exotic radiation being put out
