The climate inside is "comfortable." Not too hot, not too cold; it has some moisture, but not too much. It's the "perfect" bar.

Fixed the typo. My finger must've slipped when I tried to type the name. Anywho... the tavern is "perfect" in the sense that it accommodates the patrons in a comfortable environment. It's NOT going to suit just a single race, but it will suit a creature with a comfortable environment where they can at least relax. Reptiles of all sorts can live in this kind of environment (though, granted, it's not paradise).

That's probably quite likely. Or it'd just get shortened. I've played characters with longer names before, and they always got shortened. Pragmatism!
