unlike the traditional rogue, I wanted to make a character who was really charismatic and a good talker who used his status and deceptive words and persuasion as a way of pulling off his thievery and assassinations.

Mysaren's just misunderstood, I promise she won't go after anyones money. Probably. She really only goes graverobbing for money now. She's moved past (most) manipulative practices for money.

Azzrix only steals from the rich and if he can then he'll try and steal from the bad guys, there's no challenge or fortunes to be had in stealing from the poor

Well, if nothing else, it wouldn't be hard to imagine Rimau and Felan butting heads in the past, considering Felan's protectiveness of the land and hatred of monstrous-looking species. I can't imagine him getting along well with a Lizard-man with a Sniper Rifle who hunts for fun and profit.

Probably not. He doesn't hate 'monstrous' looking species, though. He doesn't like species that are typically seen as greedy, unintelligent, or disrespectful of the land or other people. So if he had anything against Rimau, it would be personal, not race related.

Makes sense to me. But still, Rimau isn't exactly discerning about his hunting grounds. And Felan wouldn't be particularly fond of the Zizz if he knew more about them, either. The less that's said about them, the better.

Maybe he could have had a run-in with Felan before entering the town. Since Felan lives near the town. He could see Felan enter the tavern and be like "Oh shit there's that crazy guy that tried to eat my face off"

Just going to say this now, if your character has frequented the bar before, you will probably know Naida by name. Don't be a stranger unless you're new to the bar. :)

Felan probs goes there about once every one to two weeks. He would know Naida, by her face at least. Maybe they could have had talks before. About sheep or some shit.

I think Rimau would be more likely to have chanced upon Felan's wolf form from afar, and decided the conditions weren't right to hunt such a creature (too dark, too windy, too wooded etc.), so he left him alone instead. Even better, if he frequented the tavern before, he may have met Felan's human form too, without knowing the connection. Then he'd probably start rambling to people about the big-ass wolf he has his eye on. I love dramedic irony.

scarlett, btw kat and hel are more or less permanent residents at the tavern. sometimes they leave for a month or two, but they've been there for the past year and a half or so. as for felan… well, how does he feel about giant snow leopards? :P
