Bolt is a swordsman as well and he can transforms into living electricity which gives him a huge speed boost so he could speedblitz her, also her sword has a metal blade which means he can magnetize it.

It's also magical and if she could literally be defeated by magnets that would honestly be kind of stupid. And turning into electricity when someone has a sword that eats electricity and uses it to attack seems like a really awful idea. Also Spandez is a powerful alien who you did not address at all. Also, still someone who literally controls his weakness.

after looking over the character sheets I feel like Archmage, Gladiator and River would be Bolt's hardest challenges. As for Spandez if Bolt pisses him off enough he could force him to make mistakes and his lightning can still hurt him.

I'm pretty sure all the characters you listed could beat him. As well as Rei since I'm fairly certain she's a more skilled fighter and electricity-eating/cancellation is a natural extension of her sword's magical capabilities. On the converse side I'm pretty sure plenty of characters here could beat Rei. You don't just go stating your character would kill everyone else's.

I was mostly joking since I was making a reply to the hunger games joke. I am mostly pointing out that Bolt could handle most of the heroes in a one on one fight, not saying he would beat them, but he does have a good fighting chance.

For one second, perhaps, and even then someone can still get used to it and predict where Bolt will be after that speed boost.

if GM is okay with it, I would love it if Bolt formed a team of anti heroes and villains kind of like Redhood and the Outlaws, but more villainous.

@ReaptheMusic Looking at the sheets, I think we should make Aren and Marilyn a tag team within the Titans. Her name is 'Echo' his is 'Shockwave', she uses glass, he uses sound. It's a match made in super hero heaven!

... Until he accidentally shatters her weapons. But, that's just a minor set back.

Gotta figure out the best way to do this. I have a fairly simple way of introducing Angel to the skirmish even late. After that though everyone seems to be gathering at the mothership and she'll be quite out of the loop.
