Loki stood back confused slightly as several events unfolded in front of him. It was a rather swift course of events, all things considered. He stood back, volleyball in hand, as people gathered, notes were stuck on foreheads (Alto's forehead) and lasers were fired (from Alto). But hey, he had the volleyball, so... It evened out?

"So uh, we should probably make teams for volleyball if everyone's still up for it..." Loki said cautiously.
He was still a bit confused, but volleyball was volleyball. It was time for beach volleyball, and nothing would stop it.

"So this is one of those dreams. Fun." Light muttered to herself as Ian was being completely blunt with her about his lewd desires, although his attention seemed to be split between her and the ice maker person. Remembering to ask the ice girl for a snowcone later, Light thought of the prospect that Ian posed for a bit before saying. "I dunno why you'd assume I can't have sex with people, I'm a girl with needs too you know." She gave the guy a returning one armed hug, bringing him closer. "Just find a spot." She said with a wink. "its nice not being the dom in my own dreams for once." Light thought to herself.

Jenni burst out laughing out loud at Gia's antics loving the some what humiliation that was thrusted upon Alto,"That was pretty funny girly a real humdinger....we think we got a idea girly that could be a bit of fun...if you want to hear it of course" Jenni said to Gia how wanted to hear her proposal of fun.

Dean on the other hand said nothing for the time being and could use this change to take over and get his body back,He would have to wait for Jenni to summon him again and then he would take over,"I don't think so brother you really are stupid you know i can hear you?And your not coming out never" Jenni said to Dean who cursed himself.

Olivia Delacroix

This was very weird but so far she was enjoying it. For some strange reason she was clad in a bikini that actually looked pretty damn good on her. She wasn't one to expose herself a lot but even she was impressed by just how well she pulled it off. Then it happened.

Everything she had in her flared, her powers suddenly hitting a brick wall and spiking monumentally. She felt almost painfully alive as she was opened up to everything for a split second before things faded back down. Canis Minor and Canis Major were in front of her, lazily stretched out halfway between the shade and the sun. And of course, her annoying little power-twin was there as well. It wasn't very well-known that Olivia could summon another form of herself because she didn't do it a lot. The twin was the culmination of every good aspect of her. Not only was she a lot better looking but she was morally superior, not being able to tell a lie. Plus the whole star eyes thing. Dislike didn't quite sum up Olivia's feeling for her.

"Uh... why are you here as well?" She questioned, groaning despite a happy voice telling her that everything would he fine and she'd have a great time with Gemini. Stupid happy voice sounding so God damn irresistible!

"You summoned me here."

Olivia quirked an eyebrow at her but shrugged as she looked away, a voice startling her from her conversation with her hotter clone. Canis Major and Minor lifted their heads, regarding the stranger for a second before they rolled onto their backs, hoping that his outstretched hand was in fact intended to scratch them. Great guard dogs, huh? Lifting her eyes, Olivia had to momentarily shade them before she caught sight of the man in her vision and damn did she want him to stay just there. He was hot. Very hot. Like core of the Sun sorta hot. Poor little Olivia wasn't usually the centre of such attention, despite being cute, so she remained paralyzed with wide eyes.

Her clone took the initiative and took his outstretched hand, pulling herself up with a soft yet playful smile. "Name's Gemini. That floundering fool is Olivia. You guys have met once. I think she was a little attracted to you then she got very pissed off. Don't mind her, she does that a lot - she's a little weird! At this point Olivia had leapt to her feet and practically assaulted the confident, starry-eyed girl. Once Gemini had decided to shut up and Olivia had fixed her with a dark stare, the real girl returned to the little ray of sunshine she was.

"Don't listen to her! We totally have never met! I'm pretty sure I'd remember a body li- Nope, I'm certain we've never met.

"Smooth." Gemini commented, pouting a little - she wanted to play around with the hot guy. Olivia chose to ignore her.

"I haven't even said hi! Hello Vince! My name is Olivia! Ugh... do you know where we are?"

"Eden!?" Ruby called, marching through the surprisingly cool sand like she was a woman on a mission. She had woke up in some beach hut with a damn bikini and she was not overly amused! She looked like some English girl that had yet to get her summer's tan. Her skin was pale and she really did not like being so scantily clad around so many strangers. She looked kinda cute with her shining blond hair up in a pony tail but that was lost on her.

Easily the worst thing, though, was the crashing of the tide against the shore. Ruby opposed the sea with an icy hatred that she held for nothing else except for the Underground Movement. Eyeing the agonisingly inviting-looking waters, she frowned and narrowed her eyes, making sure that the sea knew its place in this relationship. Thankfully, whenever she was and whoever had taken her there hadn't neglected her to technology. There was a cylindrical objected clamped to her upper left arm and although it wasn't uncomfortable, she still couldn't figure out what it was meant to do. It was sustaining her though.

Finally she found them near a whole group of idiots acting like... well... idiots. Isabella Lancaster was there alongside Alto and co but she didn't seem overly bothered by their presence. Letting out a relieved sigh like a mother that had finally found their galavanting ten year old, she started into a jog. "Eden! Thank the Starchy one that I found you!" For some strange reason, the lack of Cindy Wade caring for Eden brought out a sense of responsibility in Ruby - Eden wasn't just a pawn to her, even if he thought so himself. He felt like a little brother, which worked for her - she never had family before, or at least she couldn't remember them.

"Didn't Cindy knock it into you that you're not meant to run off with stra- Oh... I see..."

Ruby suddenly realised that it was his father who he had decided to run off with. As far as she could remember, which wasn't a lot, Jaden McFadden was a bit of a douchebag but he seemed alright in that instant. Allowing a relieved sigh to escape, she smiled softly at the younger Meta. "I guess it would kinda be douchey to drag you back to your mother, wherever she is. But I'm not letting you run around without at least one responsible adult around here!" Eyeing Jaden, she crossed her arms to show the matter was final. Suddenly, something else caught her attention

"Are they beach volleyball nets?"

Ian was about to take them somewhere more private, when he saw Alto and his little harem girl coming this way, which caused Ian to be more than a little upset. God dammit, why does he have to be such a cock blocker. I could have been having a three way right now. Ian scowled, wishing he had laser vision, or at leads 'Set your cousin on fire' vision that would be nice. With a sigh, he turned to Light, pulling out a card ti hand to her with his contact information. "While I could out run them, I feel like they would become too much of an annoyance right now. These are my contact details, call me later today and I'm sure I'll be available." Once Light took the card, he'd be gone in a flash, after giving her a gentlemanly kiss on her hand of course. He'd appear next to Chiller, giving her a similar card, and hitting up her own bad pun with his own. "Call me when I'm not so busy, I'll be sure to plow your snow caps any day., Crap, making bad puns is harder than I thought."

After giving his paramours a sad farewell, he turned his vengeance-fuelled anger to his annoying cousin, appearing with an arm around Sefia and a rather pissed of look on his face. "You have the worst timing, you know that right? And you're going to pay for it. Sefia's already paying for it, sorry darling." He gave Sefia a friendly kiss on the cheek before vanishing to the other end of the beach, leaving the poor girl naked, except for a few pieces of paper covering her unmentionables and chest. On each piece of paper, a message was set along with a chibi figure of Alto with his thumbs up and an intense nosebleed. It reads: "Property of Alto Ganze, do not touch on pain of death and dismemberment." Ian had also taken the time to leave a drawing of a chibi Ian giving Alto the finger and had taped it to his cousin's face, before he resumed his flight from the two, though he was mostly afraid of Sefia. He kine what she had a temper and wasn't a fan of his wonderful sense of humor, especially when she was the target.

At the sight of Ruby, Eden was puzzled; on the one hand, he felt that he should be grateful to this stranger for some reason, he felt a little...annoyed, on the other hand, he felt like Ruby was denying him some fun.

"Is anything the matter, little boy?" said Gia, walking over to him, before changing the subject. "Hmm, you have strange DNA, very powerful indeed. Can I borrow some of it -"

"Gia!" Constantine shouted, "you're scaring the poor kid. It's not good etiquette to just ask for people's DNA!" He then turned to Jaden. "I must apologize; my girlfriend can be a bit of a...creep." Considering that they met up through Mind Rape back in the real world, this was an understatement.

"Consty, you're going to pay for that!" Gia was angry now. "But, yeah, I was being a creep to kids." She then gazed at Ruby.

"Say, 1.) do I know you or something? I swear I have your DNA somewhere, and 2.) wanna play volleyball? We can also think of some work for Consty; he's a lazy bum!"

"Dad," spoke Eden, "this is scary," he was pointing at Gia. "Can we go look for some other kids to play with? I don't think I want to be here anymore."

"See what you did?" spoke Constantine to his 'girlfriend'. "You make little children frightened of you!"

"Yeah..." said Gia, finally showing some ounce of shame. "I think you're right."

As the White House personnel were planning a full military response they were trying to communicate with Russian and China but the nations did not listened.

The President rescinded the Secretary's order to call a UN meeting. As she told Maxwell, "George, we do that we cause a major panic. I'd rather avoid causing a major panic."

The Vice President leaned forward, "George some people may have seen something but I doubt that warrants a UN meeting. I think we can discuss through back channels without going public."

The chief of staff was thinking of ways to have Maxwell removed after the crisis.

Abernathy saw Maxwell leave the room and followed.

"Mister Secretary!" Abernathy asked as the man left the office.

Chiller was certainly thinking of ways to ravage the young man but this was not the time or the place for these thoughts, well maybe tonight she could call. Actually definitely., She thought. Her powers made it impossible to have sex, she'd either cause problems or freeze sensitive areas. That said she was practicing involuntary abstinence.

Chiller pointed and laughed at Sefia. "Oh god this should end up on World Star! Or be a Vine!" she cackled and rolled on the beach, freezing the sand she touched.

There was so much going on in front of Nate that it was almost too much to keep track of. Ruined volleyball game, naked Kuro, Eli Craigh out for blood and penises, Cer and...another Cer...Wait. What the...?

He watched the goings on before him, half confused, half annoyed and half aroused. "Girl fight!" a voice in his head screamed as the Cer's wrestled. After creating several hundred copies of himself over the years, Nate had become skilled at determining the differences between two seemingly identical things and after a moment he picked out the Cer that he knew. Of course the conversation between the two helped...a little. He watched without interfering until Cer was blasted against a tree. With a sigh he split off a duplicate as the imposter Cer (impostcer?) handed down her judgement of Kuro. Another duplicate was spawned.

The first duplicate wandered off towards Cer stuck to a nearby tree and smiled at her as he said "Cer, you didn't tell me you had a twin. We could have gone on a double date." Much quieter he added "But it seems like everyone has a twin these days" He prodded at whatever the hell was holding Cer to the tree and regained his volume as he rambled on "Of course I get along much better with my brothers than you seem to do with whatserface over there...Most of the time anyway. Sometimes they get weird, y'know? Kinda obnoxious and loud. It grates on you after a while. All that talking. Sometimes you just need to shut up and..." Nate continued to prattle on in a seemingly neverending train of thought style while he examined Cer's prison, looking for a way to get her free.

Meanwhile, the second duplicate had wandered over past Insomnium, waving a hand at him as he passed and saying "I'm not even going to ask". He made his way to Kuro and hauled him to his feet, locking the brat in what he thought was a light headlock but he actually applied quite a bit of pressure to Kuro's head and neck. "Hold your horses, crazy pants!" he barked at the impostcer "I know the kids annoying, creepy, is a horrible pervert, has terrible table manners and smells awful but I can't just let you skin him alive" He narrowed his eyes at her and asked "Seriously, who does that anyway? Crazy people. That's who". He then turned his attention momentarily to Eli and said with a friendly smile "Hey Opie, you're looking good."

While the duplicates dealt with the various shenanigans, Nate made his way back to Aya and, with a surprisingly quiet tone, informed her "I need to find the other two. Can you show me where you saw them?" He was still concerned about ensuring Mu wasn't on a killing spree but more than that he simply wanted to make sure Jackson was okay. He couldn't quite explain why he was so concerned about the kid or why he wanted to keep him safe. Or even why he was defending Kuro. He couldn't remember the reasons behind his own actions and that bothered him.

Being a dream to her, she knew this card meant nothing, plus she probably wouldn't even remember about it anyway. Channeling this annoyance, she made her way over to where Ian was fighting. "HEY! Whats your problem?" Light yelled to Alto, even more annoyed because apparently Alto was about to have a fun time with someone as well, the nude girl confirming Light's suspicions.

"Seriously what is going on over here, or do I need to start busting some heads?" Light said, glaring at Alto and trying to break up the fight, very annoyed at what had just happened.

"Oh my god!" Sefia suddenly said. In a flash, all her clothes were replaced with little slips of paper, and she immediately covered herself up with her arms. "Ian!" She shouted. Before Alto could get a good look at what was on the pieces of paper, she disappeared, she'd probably teleported elsewhere.

"Uh, I just needed to punch that guy." He said, turning to the girl in front of him. "Oh hey, aren't you cartoon girl?" He reaized suddenly that she was that cartoon girl from the Aperture raid all that time ago. "I haven't seen you in a while, how've you been?" He asked.

Jenni sighed out loud walking over to Eden crouching down in front of her,"Sorry bout her eh kid how about we play a game of tag would ya like that?Hell it could keep our mind off of things..." The nurse said to Eden her eyes looking over to Gia form the corner of her eye."Is this you doing something nice for someone?That is a first.." Dean inquired folding his arms.

"Nah fuck off i just wanna have some fun since no one is any fun here" She said to her brother not noticing she said this out loud.

George stormed off out of the room, clearly angry. Noticing Abernathy following him, he slowed down, then gave an implicit gesture for him to follow, leading the man back to his office, where he sat down on his simple wooden chair, then, still fuming, spoke:

"Abernathy, I know we've had our differences, esecially as regards Metas, but I understand your view of the President now. Not cause Mass Panic? Giving the public the 'Mushroom Treatment' will not work in this case! We've been raided by Aliens, for goodness' sake; we have to at least appear like we're doing something."

"They are but..." Abernathy looked around. "... the President is worried about her reelection. She wants a second term. The issue is you want us all to work together." Abernathy led Maxwell to a small unused office in the White House Basement. "Humans in our history have never worked united for long. We may be united to fight this but we'll go back to the old ways after."

Abernathy opened a cabinet and got out a bottle of whiskey. "Do you know about the Spike?"

"Sounds ominous, Abernathy. Is it one of your Secret Projects?" George said.

"I wish it was mine the thing is the same price as an aircraft carrier." Abernathy scoffed. "The Spike is the largest nuclear weapon in our arsenal. Also it has some Third Party tech on it." Abernathy produces a model of a rocket. "It is a highy moddified Atlas GX rocket with essential interplanetary reach. We got it based at Edwards in California. It's warhead is the largest we can make, one hundred megatons." Abernathy let what he told Maxell soak in.

"So you're telling me that we had FTL...and we're using it on a Goddamned Nuke?" George was now at a new level of irate. But a new fear came into his mind: did the Government want to launch it at the Aliens' homeworld just as the Metas were on it? And, of course, there was the fact that if they were dealing with an entire space-faring civilization, or even multiple ones...

"You do realize that if we use that weapon, we could get multiple Alien Species ganging up on us, right? Unless we've got more copies of the Spike, enough to blow up every ET-populated planet in the Galaxy. One planet, one retaliation weapon...heck, we don't even know where the Alien Capital is!" he continued. "Not just that, but, if we have FTL, we could have used it to, you know, build a Colony Ship just in case we managed to destroy ourselves on Earth!" He then looked at Abernathy.

"Please tell me that we do have a Colony Ship."

"We do not have anything other than an explorer ship." Abernathy was annoyed. "We have to do something you fool! You just don't take people without consquence. Also you'd think Congress would give us a 200 billion dollars for such a project to get ships into space? In all likelyhood George the rocket will sit on it's pad. The President will do the only thing she can. Nothing. It's that or destruction by forces that will never see us as equals." Abernathy pointed at a globe near the Maxwell.

"They look at us as we look at rats. Anyways we'd have no defense that could defeat them! They'd just send a golf ball going 99 percent the speed of light and guess what? No more earth or worse hit the moon and kill billions." Abernathy coldly looked at Maxwell.

"The only option we have is inaction, if we are to survive we must let this act go unpunished." Abernathy looked angry not at Maxwell though.

"You're right..." spoke George, "that said, I have a few...speculations I have to share." He then went grave.

"I have every suspicion that the Aliens are at war, though I don't know with who, and that's why they spread the Metahuman Virus to Earth in the first place; despite its effects on humans, it's obviously a bio-weapon of some sort. It's also why they abducted the Metahumans a while ago, and why they might come again." His voice then turned grave, as grave as a chill wind.

"Wars and distrurbances among Great Powers have destroyed lesser ones, but it might, at times, also profit said lesser powers as well. It may yet be that, some time in the future, the Aliens' decision to take our people - people known for being volatile as much as they were powerful, might cause them to fall apart. We could have caused a Civil War on their side, or intensified one, by having Metas in the first place. If that's the case...things might not be as hopeless as you think."

"After all, the Black Plague was spread by rodents, after all. Sorry for being optimistic."

"We have no idea of the political structure of the Third Party but we know their genetic makeup is genetically unstable. Probably due to too much genetic modification. The hope is the metas can cause trouble for them. Then maybe it'll be too much trouble for them." Abernathy sighed.

"That woman will be the death of me." Abernathy meant the President.

George chuckled, and touched Abernathy's shoulder.

"For once, we agree on something."

Jenni right away touched Eden on the shoulder,"Tag your it now come and chase us..." She said with glee in her voice now standing up and running away form Eden using her powers to give her a hand start.

"Girl ain't gonna get us we're fast as fuck..." She thought running as quick as she could,"Sis I have never seen this side to you,Can I join?" Dean said to Jenni moving beside her."Nah it's alright we're good..." She said to her brother now thinking like a young child.

Jaden watched as Gia with a not-so-amused look in his eye, but he eased up when she showed remorse for her actions. Ruby's comment, on the other hand did draw a bit more of a reaction out of him, annoyance at her insinuating that he was not responsible, and guilt by mentioning Eden's mother. He had thought about her for a while, more out of not wanting to face the enormous amount of internal conflict that moment had for him when he went to bed at night. How she must despise me, tricking her like I did, and I deserve every ounce of it. I knew it was wrong, but I ignored what little conscious I had because I thought it was for the benefit of metas, but it was all a lie and I was hooked like the fool I am. Jaden shook his head to banish the negative thought swirling in his head, returning to present events and conversations.

"Gia, is it? I'm afraid we'll have to decline your offer, on the grounds laid out by your partner has stated. Now, does anyone actually want to play volleyball anymore or- Jenni! Watch your mouth, there is a child here." Jaden head snapped over to her as she cussed right in front of Eden. "You can play tag, but please be more careful with your language. I don't want him picking up any bad habits."

"I don't care what it is, but juice me up, then I can take Revenge on that crazy bastard. The sea will run red with his- uggh!" Kuro's rant was cut short by Nate's duplicate as he seemed to be trying to strangle him. Kuro entered the zone, and waa just able to squeeze hid head out from underneath, Nate unable to notice until he was already talking to who Kuro came to know as Darth Cer, getting the idea from some movies he had watched one night before. . . something happened, with an awesime villsin that was dressed in all black. This Cer was a crazy bitch, but she did look a lot cooler than she normally did.

Sexier too.

Kuro stepped out of the zone right next to Isabella, taking a second to breathe before he spoke. "Moving, yes, I would very much like that, with Lazers and Energy absorbtion as well if possible."

Sebastian arrived to see absolute chaos on a huge scale, so he decided to go talk to the more mature acting half of the beach, walking up to Ruby with a smile. On his way he let Cassie get down, and she ran off to go join Jenni and Eden playing tag, accidentally shocking them a little in the process of the game

"Hello Ruby," Ne knew her, though he couldn't place where the two had met or the circumstances. Strange, he couldn't really remember much now that he thought about it. He must've hit his head or something when he got lost. "I heard there was a game of volleyball going on here, is that still happening or did the crazy ones mess it up for everyone."

Zack picked up the torn remains of his hat and grimaced. "Yeeesh. Glad I didn't throw the sunblock. That would have been terrible for you." Deciding that it was a total loss, he happily let it drop into the surf to be carried off somewhere before crouching down on his haunches to have a face to face. "Where'd you come from anyway, big guy? I work with lots of strange metas..." he started, then felt a s%@bing !)ain in his h&@d. He laid one hand on his temple and tried to concentrate. He knew he worked with monstrous metas, but the why just wasn't coming to him. What was@#@#_)@*&)(* "...but I've never met a talking dog before." He finished, as though nothing had happened.

"The what now?" Light said, confused as to how Alto knew her. It took her a second to remember what he was talking about, although she still couldn't remember the man in front of her. "Oh... annoyed. Fighting lots of evil and all that business. But then you come in and ruin what could've been a nice dream. Although him having super speed probably means it would be short lived, oh well." She sighed at the prospect, looked at Alto, and sighed again.

"Why did you wanna punch that guy so bad? From the looks of things when I got here it seemed like you and him were having a measuring contest or something." Light said, trying to think of what to do now. If this guy didn't grab her attention, she was thinking about seeing if the volleyball game was going or something. She sighed again giving Alto an annoyed look.

Suddenly, Alto smelled something in the air.

"Something's on fire." He said, turning towards the direction of the smell. He saw a tall plume of smoke in the trees of the forest. "Oh. Well, I'm going to go. See ya." He said. He walked away from her as he noticed that there was a nearby fresh vegetable salesman lugging around a cart.

"Hello there," He said, "Do you happen to be selling any sweet potatoes?"

"Why yes." The salesman replied, "I only happen to have sweet potatoes left."

"Great, I'll buy 10 sweet potatoes." Alto said. The salesman packed 10 sweet potatoes into a large bag and Alto handed over a $20 dollar bill. Bag in hand, he walked towards the forest. Hopefully in a few minutes time, he was going to be roasting sweet potatoes.

"Oh my god, I'm so confused," Aya said to herself. What on earth was happening. She blinked up at Nate when he appeared in front of her and asked her to show him where the other two duplicates(?) were. "Oh, right, I'm sorry," she said, shaking her head at herself for forgetting. "You were looking for them." She was relieved for the chance to distance herself from Sebastian, and all this… madness. Though she did feel a little guilty about leaving Cassandra with him. "They were this way, in the ocean but that was a while ago. They probably moved already." With that, Aya turned and lead him down the beach in the direction she'd seen them. She scanned the ocean as she walked, but her weak eyes could barely make out the people. She turned instead to look on the shore and was surprised when she actually saw one of them next to some… glowing beach ball.

"Jackson?" she called, going up to him. She wasn't sure which one was which, but she supposed she had a one in three chance of being right. When she got closer she could see that the ball thing was actually some sort of energy sphere. Another Jackson was trapped inside of it. Aya's eyes darted from one to the other. "Do I even want to ask about this?" she said, gesturing to the sphere with her hand. This was the most bizarre beach she'd ever been to.

Casper

Ann flinched as she heard a loud screech emitted from Camille. Certainly a bit drastic for Ann's preference but that was Camille.

Ann frowned as her friend rolled around in the sand. It certainly looked funny but also weird. Really weird. Her pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears as Ann had no intentions of falling into some elaborate trap conducted by Camille. "Um. I think you could have just jumped into the ocean to feel better. It's pretty warm, ya know?"

Ann approached waded through the water and eventually onto the shore where Camille was still rolling around. Ann glanced around and noticed a whole variety of things happening. People were multiplying, apparently, fights were breaking out, and d-did she smell smoke? The worst part was, it was all happening at once which just meant sensory overload. She couldn't follow it all so she merely turned to Camille. "I don't think volleyball is going to happen..."

Honey

Honey was busying admiring the seagulls to notice, or care, about everything happening around her. If someone needed her, or really made any attempt at saying hello, she'd be eager to respond. But until such a time, she merely was lost in her own world.
