Guys, I need to recruit the 'friendlier' Metas, such as Cer and Charlie. However, I only have one PC in the Reformists, and he cannot be everywhere at once. Not merely that, but I don't have the time to invest in another PC, because, well, I have problems with depression as well as have a few other RPs to take care of.

Cer might be into that, at this point she's like putty. She has no idea how a functional society works, if you tell her the police are actually bad guys she would probably believe you. I think I'm going to have her try coffee for the first time.

You could always try and recruit Sol. While he may be an outlaw; he also heals people, which can be construed as friendly. Whether or not he's actually friendly is another story altogether.
