Cookie Shots are what they're called. They're made like regular cookies, but you mold them in a popover pan (whatever that is). Then you pour melted chocolate and cover the inside of said cookie, let cool. Then add milk.

I'm going to have to look up what the heck a popover pan is so I can make them. They sound awesome. And now I am craving cookies.
