Lee, the green haired girl found in the 'Young Dove' CS on the unlocked characters has met Yuri and Ethan. Ethan repaired her when her circuits freaked out from the rain, and tidied up her disrepair in general. Yuri spys on them until a litter bug forces him out of hiding. He pulls a gun on the two and Lee discovers through instinct her ability to control water. Anxious, Ethan alerts the police about the revolutionary that was holding a gun to them and attempts to command Lee to come with him, since she is a cyborgel and he could get in trouble with Desium Corp for repairing her. However, Yuri drops the word 'angel,' causing the confused and finnicky Lee to ensnare him in her water she has just learned to somewhat control and hop onto Ethan's hoverbike, ordering him to drive. The police are now on their tails.
Nemesis awoke in a dump, and on her way out was caught by some garbage men; finding her to be pretty and very similar to the models in the magazines they love to read so much. After a show of aggression, the garbage men shyly flee from the cyborgel. Meanwhile, the sniper Zac watches through his scopes and calls down to her to see if she needs help. The two briefly talk, unaware that Detective Jacobi Noire watches from just outside the dump. He is called away to work, leaving his pixiebot, Mareesa, to keep an eye on things. Mareesa is found by Sasha, Zac's dog, and is entangled by the dogs hairy tail. As Zac and Nemesis, now named 'Alexis' by her human companion have made their way out of the dump and Zac tries to keep her warm with a blanket. The Pixiebot has become nauseous from Sasha's infernal tailwagging and pleas for assistance, breaking her promise to her owner. Alexis is currently looking to kill the pest.
Liron, who has just come into the story, has been found by Tumblr blogger and artist Mel, another NPC.
On the other side of town, Kimaris and Lexie have left work, Lexie having made an enemy out of a coworker, and receive letters to immediately report to the town square. These letters came from young children and, after the message was recived, killed themselves. Something big is afoot and it's come out of nowhere. Lexie has arrived to the square only to find a mass amount of people setting up a press conference at the last minute with something large under the sheet.
