Hey, I think I've got an idea for the employer's devil fruit.
I call it the no-no Fruit! I haven't figured out how it works exactly, but its ability is it allows for the user to "negate." Basically it stops thinks from working like he can negate forces of nature, or turn off someone's devil fruit altogether. Of course, the one thing I know for sure is he can't negate two things at once.

@malmshodes Thats a sweet sounding fruit. I can imagine it would suit him a lot. He can sick someone to assault his enemy and than from the shadows to negate a ability of skill rendering the person more less helpless in front of the assault the employer got.

Hm.. how about he can negate as long as he watches what he is negating. So watching a devil fruit user he can negate the devil fruit ability as long as he sees them? *wonders if going with this idea of having to see, if the video snails would be a weak link as he could sees people over a monitor?*

Yeah basically, but maybe not a skill. I figured the fruit would be able to negate anything except for living things. So like the fruit couldn't stop someone from performing say a sword slicing technique but the could negate the force or cutting power.

I hadn't thought of seeing. That could definitely work. I kind of thought of it as more like Law's fruit. He'll have a box or a field of his own, and with a snap of his fingers or some other kind of activation could create the negation.

I understand what you mean the room idea goes well, it could be like at the beging he can use it only like a room but later when his power grows enough he can maybe make rooms where he is not in them. But just as same I can see him have a ton of pawns, and avoiding to fight directly because negating as powerfully as it is, if he himself cannot deal damage than its a path situation XD

Elem posting today after test 2 locals and one more evil pirate NPC I got a idea for some. ^^

P.s. Poke your face in the main ooc@malmshodes apparently some peps thinks you arent active enough. How silly of them. *sigh* You should order to set sail in your post too, preferably. So the next one can be the enter to the grand line.

Yeah like at first its just a room that goes out from him but as he becomes better acquainted with the fruit and grows with it he'll be able to move the sphere of influence wherever he wants. Maybe at some point he'll be able to split the field into multiple fields so long as the actual area of effect is the same as the sphere when it was at a single location.

AT some point I think he'll be able to fight on his own its just a matter of how he uses the fruit. Say he's a close range fighter. Well he could negate friction around him and move at super speeds, or he could disable gravity around an opponent and then hit them while their floating in mid air.

I got an idea for a local. Maybe a top warrior or the chief. Its the strong silent type with the devil fruit ability that allows him to create a copy of a single living entity. He can't mimic skills or devils fruits, but he copies strength and natural abilities. I"m not sure about Haki though. Maybe the forms will be able to use it, but only because he can. When the clone is harmed, he feels the pain, but doesn't take any actual damage. The clone's endurance will be equal to the target's physical endurance(how much the body can take without failing as opposed to how much it can take before the mind, or will, gives out.) Anyways he can only do it after physically contacting the life form he wants to clone. So if he copies Nautilus, or light's mermaid character we could be in for some trouble :P

Oops. I should've read this one first because I already posted in the IC on the other one about we were just going to get ready to sail and it was just a matter of the navigator sobering up.
'
Yeah I saw that and posted in the IC :P I'm sure there'll be complaints about that too, but meh. I didn't notice anything that currently really needed a gms comment

Hm... I have several different ideas for my post.

Not sure whit which to go along with?

Should I let Simona scout and return to a already sail out ship? Or use my post to get us all in front of red line and at the impressing sight have a reaction you the 'Oh my gosh the current is taking us with it, hold on'?

Or should I stay closer to the moment and say what the cook god done and let us just sail out?

I could have been doing some scouting and discover a marine patrol the ship of a 'old friend' *pokes rubber man marine general from here* You know for a explosive get going?Maybe it would give everyone something more to do?

*pretty much is wondering aloud*

Hmmm. I like the first or the third one, but I"m leaning a bit more towards the first one since there's more action to it, and right after we can get our characters to the island and then there's going to be more action so more opportunities for everyone to join in.

Sorry for taking so long to post. It's getting late and I wanted to have something up before bed. Sorry if I rushed things a bit much. Let me know if anything needs changing, okay?
