I was actually just redrafting a part of my character sheet to include your character, Luc and my character as a part of the Quidditch team.

I approve of the relations between Gabriel and your character, although I don't believe that I would go as far as to say they're friends. More like...mutual acquaintances. Gabriel generally keeps hid distance to excitable, trouble-making people. His father would have a fit if he were to pull a bad reputation.

I actually don't know if Gabriel has an actual honest-to-Merlin friend at the school. I was thinking Anastasia, since they're similar, but I wanted to get permission from Coma before putting it in the first sentence of my post. Instead, I put that he vaguely knew her. ^^

Sorry Asuu, I agree with you. I specifically picked the term socialize so as to not throw your character into an image of them sitting and laughing like the best of pals. From your character I got the impression that he finds the concept of friends problematic. How I see my character connection with yours is that he isn't scared or worried about walking up and chatting with Asuu if he sees him. Devin is happy to hold the conversation by himself while Asuu ignores him and keeps reading or playing chess.

If that is too much lets talk and we can edit back to something that works better. :D

@Asuu I like the post :) and I think Ana having a friend would be good, I'm trying my best to make her seem kind while also being ridiculously studious, so she probably needs a friend

Just going to reiterate to make sure everyone's aware, I'd like everyone to have an intro up before people post again, just so no one is left behind. I'll only say someone can post again if it's been a few days and the person has either not said anything or said to go ahead, I'm sure everyone will be able to post soon enough though so I'm not worried, just clarifying :)

Ah, no, it's completely fine. I like it. ^^ I was just letting you know so that, when they see each other IC, you wouldn't be thrown off by Gabriel's lack of awesome bro-hugs and such~

Oh, and Coma, I edited the first sentence and added some things to the bottom of the post. From what I see, Gabriel would most-likely think of himself as a guy that can't really have friends - only allies, something his father sort of bruised into his brain. But despite this, since Anastasia shares his seriousness about magic and general studious behavior, he found himself talking more with her than anyone else - which, even with her, isn't all that much, but a major improvement.

On one hand I feel its kinda a shame we can't all be first years and we all go through the years. I understand the various reasons for it but still.
