Original Dark Dystopian Super Hero game?

[Ace of Hearts]

(Inspired by Watchmen and Old Man Logan. Contains strong amounts of alternate history, with a nice dash of retro-futurism, namely atom, deco, and dieselpunk.)

She was the first. The world's very first Superhero. Humanity's Bright Beacon, they called her, and she wasn't even from Earth. Galaxy Girl. An alien, from an unknown planet, raised by farmers after crash landing here in the 40s. When she was exposed to the world in '58? Everything changed. The world saw her as a blessing, or curse, or a god.

But she was not the only one.

The meteor that brought her life-capsule here laced the planet with radiation as it passed, awakening something in a few select people. Mind control. Telekinesis. Pyromancy. The list went on and on. Galaxy Girl was the first, but not the last.

The 1960s were a golden age for super heroics. But that before the Purge, before the Dominion took control. Before Galaxy Girl left the planet, before the rest of her team were murdered. Before all the heroes were murdered.

The year is 1987. The Dominion rules the entire world from the city of Claremont. A city in which you are a resident. You live under the iron fist of the Dominion.

But something is awakening in you, as well. Maybe, if you can hide and hone your abliites, maybe the Dominion's rule may be brought to an end.

Maybe.

Yes, Adora, Galaxy Girl is an analogue of Superman. A few of the big name heroes are analogues for the sake of homage/humor, most of them are original, though. Glad to see this has interest.

I am Interested, but quick question. Are we allowed to use any Reality Altering powers Such as Subjective Reality but not to their full extent e.g: We Cant change time, Alter space or bend the laws of space and time, Negate any events in History or negate a Super Villains/Hero's power, something of the sort.

The closest thing to any sort of reality tampering would be illusions. It only effects the target, and it's only in their mind.

@Ace of Hearts Essentially it's a power that let's a person turn invisible without actually physically turning invisible. It's the power to block the physical and mental perception of the person using the power, essentially making them invisible even though they haven't disappeared to the naked eye. Instead, people simply think that he's disappeared, and he's free to do whatever he wants to his victim and they will not know why they're suddenly getting injured or shoved around by an unknown force that they simply can't "perceive" as the power user.

For reference, I can suggest you look up Worm and their Stranger class of powers.
