[IC] FMA: A New Threat Rises

He snorted quietly, wondering what was wrong with the city. He wasn't lying this time; both times he had been attacked, without any prior knowledge. It was actual self-defense. "Disgusting. Whatever; Arrest me, and I'll talk to your superior officer. I hate worthless oxygen-thieves like you." He offered the girl both of his wrists, his bored, sharp black eyes staring at her in barely disguised disgust.

Tash rolled her eyes under her hood. "You dogs must have rules for self defense. Oh wait you all beat poor street orphans for fun." She growled out. She kept her hand behind her back to hide the transmutation circles on the back of her hands, which made ice spikes on them that she only used for melee combat. "Now I do suggest you let my friend here go before I take drastic measures." She said in a loud and clear voice, it sounded dull and didn't give away what gender she was to the military officials, which Tash enjoyed quite well in fact.

David quickly shot himself over the ice, he grabbed the handcuffs and before anybody could even blink had already cuffed the original suspect's hands together, he then shot out in the direction of his accomplish. "Threatening the people who keep this city from falling into chaos is a felony. Now I didn't see you transmute those ice things, although this flame guy obviously doesn't have the ability to do it, so I'm willing to let you off with a warning. If your friend was clearly defending himself, he has nothing to worry about. We uphold peace and justice in this town, so he will be released. However if you do not just walk away now I will have no choice to arrest you as well. Anything you do now will effect both you, and your buddy over there. David said trying to show off as well as diffuse the situation.
David then rocketed himself across the ice once again by manipulating the air, but this time instead of heading back to where he started, he shot past and grabbed the fire alchemist. They were now each in a position where if the lines were connected between them, an alchemy transmutation circle would have been made using each of them as corners.

"I really suggest you let him go." Tash said a dark tone leaking into her voice.

Thing was...he didn't need to waste time with circles.

As soon as the officer grabbed him, Blaise calmly and lazily gripped the man around the face, his gloved right hand seeming to grow warmer as he stared blankly into the man's eyes. "Do not touch me. You have no right." He said lazily, his grip seeming like steel. "Stand down." Blaise glanced over to Tash, gesturing once with his head.

When the man grabbed David's face her wings were replaced by vines that shot out of her back and straight towards the man holding David's face. They would wrap around his body and his arm, the vines around his wrist squeezing extremely tight to make him release his grip. Vines gently wrapped around David to pull him away when the man released his grip.

Harry saw the tension raising and knew it was time to begin. Blaise had gripped the officer on by the head then get grabbed by vines. Plus Tash probably was getting ticked off by the officers. So he moved closer to the group while remaining hidden. Then Harry focused on the rocks and began rearranging the molecules in each one. He could only do so much with them since they were so small. Once Harry finished his work he waited for a few seconds longer before he took his hands apart. Once his hands seperated the rocks each created a small explosion not big enough to do any harm but they each released smoke afterwards. This smoke could cover Tash's and Blaise's escape. Harry then took off himself to keep from caught he just hoped they used the smoke.

Tash did what Blaise told her to. She let her arms fall to her sides as she tugged her cloak closer around her.

David got yanked from the grip of the Flame alchemist. "Thanks for the save, but could you have been a little more gentler" he Joked
"Alright then, if it's..." Suddenly the entire place went up in smoke quickly David manipulated the wind to blow the smoke away from the square revealing an empty square(Ignore this and continue the battle if you didn't escape?) "Where did the smoke come from?" David yelled toward Dan as he quickly caught a ride up into the air using the wind to once again glide him. He was desperately searching for the escapees. Rogue alchemists are trouble, but even worse are the ones who intentionally put innocent people at risk.

When the smoke appeared Tash grabbed Blaise's arm and dragged him away from the battle.
