Kalona is a Cherokee God/Fallen Angel who used to serve their Great Spirit before he fell from her side. Some believe that that Great Spirit is one and the same with the Goddess Nyx. And Erebus to the Cherokee is actually of the sun not darkness lol

EDIT: I suggest using third person instead of first person, to clear confusion. Also, do not use Mention to refer to IC characters. Some people controls one or more characters.
