Estelle wasn't able to eat all of her ice cream and wondered if Roxy wanted any since she was the one that got it in the first place. She had momentarily forgotten about the male snooping around and so when she stood and stepped out from behind the counter she yelped when she spotted him. Her bright blue eyes widened and the blonde, curly-haired child quickly scurried over to Roxy and hid behind her, peeking out at the male.

Ted quickly finished eating and heard a lock from the bathroom door. "Well" he though, "Guess I should look around the apartment. Ted quietly walked out of the kitchen out of habit, from the main entry the bathroom was on the left of the sitting room, behind the sitting room was the kitchen which only had a support between them. Other than that the only transition between the two rooms noticeable was from the wooden floor of the sittingroom to the white tile of the kitchen. On the right wall there was a door way. Ted quickly walked over to the door and opened it. On the other side was a dimly lit hall that went off in two directions. Three doors were off of that hall. Ted attempted to open the doors, but they wouldn't open. None of the three.

Roxy waited for the man to try to convince her to trust him. She didn't know what she could use his skills for. She had been doing fine on her own. Ok so she had to do some things that she didn't agree with. But most times she was able to keep the promises she made to herself. When she didn't it was Estelle she thought of. The girl deserved better then the life she had been given. She was determined to give it to her somehow.

" Quite a nice place you got here Roxy huh. Aside from that, I can get you weapons, like firearms and other things if you need them. " Akise smiled and grasped an Orange and begin to peel it while smiling at Roxy, after he peeled it he took a part of orange and moved the part to his mouth and looked around.

"You still haven't offered me anything I can't do for myself. But I'll make you a deal. We can try it. If you prove useful we can work something permeant out." Roxy offer him. She took the ice cream from Estelle not he least bit surprise that the girl couldn't eat all of it. "That's the best I can offer you. I'm not willing to be indebted to someone I don't know."

Estelle sat quietly behind Roxy and grabbed her book, pulling it into her lap. She had Garry the rabbit tucked against her side as she opened the book and began looking at the pictures and reading the words Roxy had taught her. As she read she would occasionally raise her head and peek over at the male in the apartment, wondering just what it was he was doing there and what he wanted from Roxy. Soon she came to a word she didn't understand and gently tugged on Roxy's shirt. "What's this word?" She asked softly, pointing one small finger to the word knight.@KatherinWinter

Branna heard Ted moving around in the hallway and she sighed, finishing up her quick shower. She wasn't one to take extensive showers, if her low water bill was anything to go by. Branna turned off the water and stepped out, grabbing a towel from the rack and wrapped it around herself. She stepped out and said "curious much?" She smirked slightly. Though she was smirking, her slight nerves about what the last room entailed and his curiosity was a bit difficult to suppress. He probably wouldn't be okay with what was behind the third door.

Roxy looked up at the book. She scanned the book until she came to the word that Estelle was asking about. "That word is knight, sweetheart. It was a man of old. They had alot of honor." She explained before turning her attention back to the man that was with them. She needed to decide what to do with him.

@Savi Ted turned around at her voice "Of course. How could somebody not..." Ted said taking in what he was seeing. He quickly glanced down at his feet and thought to himself. Please don't be one of these ladies...

She sighed and said "Wud yer want ter nu waaat is in de room? cos yer wud not be able ter tell anyone waaat is behind dat dure." She glanced at the door for a long second before looking back at Ted. It was a look of disappointment. Not in Ted, but in herself. The things in that room were nothing compared to what she's seen in her days as a mob daughter, but getting out of the habit is much harder than imagined.

"You don't need to worry or nothing. The only person I "know" don't no me." he said intrigued by the three locked doors, one of them was obviously going to be Branna's room, but the other two he didn't have a clue what was back there. Ted stepped aside to allow Branna enough space to pass him, and a little extra, still with his face bright red and staring at his feet to avoid seeing "anything" that he might accidentally see of her.

Branna nodded and walked past him to the first door. She stood in front of it and said "dis is me room. Oi loike me privacy, so oi lock it." She moved to stand in front of the second door and said "dis is yer room. Oi usually don't 'av company over so oi jist keep it locked." She looked at the third door and sighed. "Dat room… well, dat room is 'oy oi make me nicker." She shook her head and walked past him to get to where her keys were, on the counter in the kitchen. Branna swiftly grabbed them and walked back to the first and second doors, unlocking the first one then the second. She turned back to Ted and smiled sheepishly. "If dare is any danger, yer 'av a gun in yisser nightstan'. The-morra i'll show yer de room an' den git yer sum new duds."

Ted knew instantly she was lying about what was in the locked room and he also believed that she didn't care about her own privacy because if she did she would be wearing more than a towel. Ted made a mental note to find out the state of mind that the woman who took him in, and that would mean getting into her room and looking around when she wasn't around, and also the locked room. For now he turned toward the guest room's; no his room's door and pushed it open. It was rather bare, the only furniture in it was: a bed, a dresser, and a desk. There was also a closet on the near wall opposite the bed and the dresser and desk were opposite each other on each side of the bed. On the desk was a stack of printer paper and pencils and pens of every size. "Why would you have a full black and white drawing set? Including inking pens, these are exactly cheap". Ted said excitedly, he had always liked drawing, although he was always severely limited with only one thickness of the lead from the spare pencil he could fish out of the trash. It was then that Ted had noticed both the wallpaper and flooring. The wall was a pestle green with a dark blue stripe circling near, but not touching the ceiling above the blue stripe and all the way across the ceiling was white. The flooring was different from the rest of the house. It wasn't hardwood like the entire rest of the house, but it was a light brown fluffy carpet.
