Because I didn't know where else Estelle would be. You didn't include in your post where Roxy left Estelle while she worked.

@XxLyraxX well logic, I know it's a strange concept, would have had you asking that before your post. Most likely since the are living on the streets, logic again I know it's scary, would cause most people to think that they were living someplace abandoned. I would say most likely a hotel or apartment building.
