Do not take this the wrong way, but I think Katherin wasn't very clear with her instructions so I'll elaborate.
As a narrative technique even if you are playing a very blunt character. At best, in RPs you could get away with suggestive dialogues. You can't put words in another character's head nor put forth a certain irrefutable stance/opinon/view regarding another character unless it affects your character.
Reading by Bio/CS you can ascertain that my power works similar to absorption but your 12 year old character has no way of knowing it.
To elaborate this point, she was in police custody for more than a week and in that time. The police and the concerned authorities tried to ascertain her power. Even after such scrutiny, there wasn't a convincing verdict. I'll like to keep that stuff intact until I make my character realize it through various interactions and introspection.
So I request you to edit your post and put a suggestion rather than a verdict.
