Because Magnus is one of the main characters I've taken control of him, do you want him back? Do you want a recap of what he's been up to?

Rhyss and Matt both disappeared and no one's heard of them since. Matt's presumed dead.

So Matt: Hasn't been seen or heard of since Kami rekt the soldier base one month ago. Presumed dead.
I have a cool idea on bringing him back and explaining where he'd been, if you're interested PM me.
Rhyss: ditto. Less pressumed dead I assume. He probably took a vacation.
Magnus went along on the trip to Bedi's vamper party.

After Magnus left, leaving Mo to lead. It was decided by the council they wanted war and Mo was going to lead it.
Enter Martin, who had been talking to several vampires on the edge of the talks. Confident one of the elder vampires had claimed him as plaything he spoke to the council. That vampire player hasn't posted since, so we went with her screwing martin over for funsies.

Anyways. Martin claims the humans will ruin the vampires if they don't band together under one flag. He claims war is important for the greater good, or the humans overpopulation will lead to the end of both species. He intends to sell an object meant to power up a single vampire, so that they might have a respected and undisputed leader. The stone is a one-use artefact that banishes the target from sunlight. A horrible punishment to humans, but a hefty power boost to vampires. He also intends to sell much more pieces of info in addition to the artefact, for his safety and for the sword contagion (the blade Void used). However the vampires don't want his stone and don't believe his sincerity. In the end he is imprisoned, Mithias promises him freedom for the stone and after a month of being stuck in a coffin Martin complies. Mo uses the stone's power in a ritual instead of it's intended purpose and manages to create world's first complete and functioning hybrid. Her daughter Ashlynn.

One month of all out war later the crew returns home to kilo point, to find a reconstructed soldier base and a soldier ambush when they arive. Tomorrow night the vampires intend to attack. Mithias and Bedi went to scout ahead (read, reck the base a little in advance). Meanwhile Hale and Magnus (at this point I take over control) torture Martin for the info the vampires didn't want to buy.

Martin however proofs difficult to torture since he doesn't have the constitution to stay concious for long enough to question him.
Thus Magnus stuff him full of dangerous narcotics and sends him into a psychotic stupor so he can mentally draw the answers from his unconcious mind. The important info Magnus get's from this:
- Martin works from some unnamed organisation, Martin either doesn't know it's true name or it doesn't have one.
- Martin was given the stone from the organisation he works for, as well as the other high tech equipment he had acces to.
- Oni-Kage's weakness is its dependency on its armor's life support and, as it's made up of complex technology Hale is his foil.

Magnus and Hale then leave Martin to deal with his inner demons, knowing he'll either die or wake a different man. And go on to discuss battle tactics with Mo in her room. while Mithias and Bedivere run into a distraught Hank at the base,
as well as a new face, a mech superhero? Either way, dawn is soon so they get the hell out of dodge. Mithias has just returned while Hale is about to give Ashlynn a tour of the base. Bedi is nowhere to be found (I'm beginning to see a pattern of old men bailing on poor Mithias). Everyone else is at their respective factions base.
Martin is awake but locked up alone in the torture room.

Oh yeah! and also relevant, Hale mentioned before that a bunch of data on vampires had been anonymously leaked on large scale over last few weeks.
That means Katja can find the info Kami wants with a google search. Does she have wifi?

Bio/History/Backstory:
Like many Vampires Julius was born human. His mother died in childbirth. However growing up Julius was forced to fight to survive, he was the youngest of six, 3 brothers and two sisters and in his family if you wanted to eat you fought for it. One cold evening while his father was high in the mountains hunting for food. their house was broken into by men running from the law, that night Julius witnessed the cruelty of humans, these men managed to subdue he and his siblings. The two men killed the oldest brother first and then proceeded to rape his sisters in front of them. Julius popped his wrist out of place and escaped the binds to the fire place where he used hot coals to seriously injure one of the men before running into another part of the house, when the other man came through the house to kill the boy he came to a hallway where Julius was sitting with an arrow knocked in his bow. The arrow caved the mans skull in killing him instantly. Julius reentered the main room where the other man was calling out for help from his friend since he could no longer see, Julius dispatched him like a wounded animal, but his eyes were cold like death now. The next morning their father returned to his now shattered family. He did his best to continue raising his family and when one of his daughters became pregnant he told her he would raise the child as his own. Julius however had become a cold hearted person. At the age of 16 he left home and joined the military. Julius never looked back once and his family never heard from him again. The military was life changing for him and in no time he went from an angry child to a very respected captain. It was then that he started working under a man called Belmont...Belmont was a different type of leader, he lead with wisdom, bravery and grace. Never in his life had Julius admired someone so much. After years a faithful service under Ser Belmont, Julius was brought before a council and given an offer to become a part of a world in which he only dreamed possible. A world where humans might be reigned in and kept in control....kept from destroying themselves and others. Julius accepted and his mortal life ended at the age of 32. Julius found life as a vampire pleasing to him, after all what was more dignified than immortality? In the years that came he served the house faithfully all the way up into the second world war, after he came home the fighting ended and Hitler had been stopped. Julius returned to his post as the faithful guard of the Belmont's, many years had passed but he had never shown any type of power or ability leaving him as a low rank vampire in the family perhaps indefinitely. But however when the age of technology began it was then that Julius truly began to shine. The Belmont's were in service to the most powerful vampires in the world...they were their research and development and in the modern world they are an underground company called BloodTEC. Some years ago however Julius was horribly wounded and left for dead by a group of SOLDIER militia who caught him attempting to infiltrate their base. A grenade landed at his feet and his world went black. It was the choice of the family to rebuild him and create the first CyberVampire.

Faction/Side/Alignment/Goals:
Vampires.

Personality:
Laid back and relaxed, Julius is calmer than most vampires and because of his outlook towards humans he's also kind of a loner. The only people he holds any attachments to are The Belmont family.

Powers: Major Technopathy, (the ability to see how any machine works and construct them with the mind.)


Weapons:


Due to his advanced robotics and the tech he was built with, Julius's robotics each do an amazing assortment of things, his eye can switch from almost any spectrum of vision, including xray, nightvision and infrared, it also gives him a holographic interface that allows for internet use and every other medium of communication one could imagine, it can also scan life signatures and mask his own. his right arm being based on firearms and his left being based around blades. Normally his arms look like the arm on the far right in the picture above, but when he uses different weapons the appearance changes. He can alter the makeup of his arms to supply him with almost any weapon, they all use a form of energy similar to plasma, he has anything ranging from pistols to sniper rifles to grenade launchers, his right arm has any bladed weapon you could imagine but his all time favorite is his Prometheus Katana. His legs are fitted to give him immense speed and jumping power along with thrusters for a small amount of flight time. He also has energy shotguns in the knees for nasty surprises. He is also connected to every mainframe as a sleeper virus in the satellites flying high above us. In theory Julius could cause a Nuclear apocalypse, but his failsafes would shut off his own systems before allowing him to do that. However anywhere there is any type of connection... Isn't safe from Julius.

Welcome to the thread! Very nice character. I pm'd you some questions about your CS, but I suppose I will just copy/pates here for others to also see the conversation, in case anyone has any other questions.

Technopathy: Is it like a mechanical insight? He can't actually see inside machines, but maybe his mind can follow the course of electricity through it or something, eh? It might be kind of like seeing how the energy flows inside it. what if it's a super small microchip or nanotechnology? I am not sure if he could sense such detail, or can he? I don't believe he should be able to repair equipment with his mind but maybe he would intuitively know how to use it? can he telepathically control robots? can he build what he has seen if he gets to a lab or something later? Is that what you are thinking?

Tell me about the prometheus katana. what can he do with it? what can it cut through? how string is it? is it susceptible to heat/cold/electric/force shock?

as far as this satellite virus thingy he has... I can't for story purposes allow him to be able to shutdown the world wide web, but I can all him to hack some very powerful computers, just not the whole world at once. But feel free to make use of satellites.
