Summary

Hazjul would attack liberate the red tribeThe men that can fight will, taking and using the crude stone weapons that were crafted by using freshly carved stone from the roads

Oh hell yes, time to fuck shit up

Hazjul was surprised to find that there was a tribe so close. Granted, they weren't mountain orcs, but still the Black Peaks was the only clan Hazjul had seen, and that was because he had created it! He asked for the details of this village, and soon declared they would attack and liberate their red skinned brothers.
The workers had a slight rest before being told of the plan. They were not in support at first, until they realized the Reds would have food. It also took Hazjul reminding them of how much they loved fighting. The new redskinned orc would take them there, and in return he and his breathern could join the Black Peaks at Spiregull if they wished, or remain in the plains. It mattered not to Hazjul, the Reds would owe him and the rest of The Black Peaks a huge debt either way.

The Black Peaks would attack at night time, swiftly killing the Chieftain and hopefully avoiding a full on pitched battle.

So just to be clear it's okay to do some combination of actions in one turn (like explore/find food at the same time)?

Combining actions is okay. Just remember the more actions you try to combine, the more work you have to put in your post, because more actions = harder to succeed.
Also remember long posts =/= good posts!

Exploring can easily be combined with finding food because you'd have to forage the landscape for food.
