He wouldn't care about Ciara's sister for a while, simply because of how he was brought up to distrust. So if her sister showed up, he probably would rather fight her then hid from her. Is that making sense?

Yeah, I am. It has been the most helpful site so far. I want to find a great power for them to share, but at the same time I don't want ti to be too over powered.

In the pocket world? I was think it would be a power to let them create a world anytime they wanted. Basically, they could change the rules of reality anytime they created a pocket and when they left the pocket, it would disappear. This was an idea I had on the fly, it is welcomed to be changes, tweaked, or scrapped ^.^

Oh okay yeah that makes sense. Yeah, I think that will be the times him and Ciara end up fighting again though.

Can I ask a question? Did you really like the darkness control part of it too? Because I may have could up with an idea, since you're on that site, which I've been on too. Look up the Yin & Yang Manipulion, if we did that with the pocket world thing you could take the Yin being darkness and I could take the Yang being light.

Their own world yes, and only equal if they choose to be. They can make powers strong in the world too. It would be as limited as the imagination makes it.

Yes, I really liked the idea of darkness manipulation and I see where you are going with the Yin and Yang. We could do a lot with that actually! The first idea that came to mind is when they use their powers the first time, a mark appears on their arms. A yin for Adam and a Yang for Ciara. How would her light work though? I know that with darkness he could form objects, slip through shadows, enter a world of darkness, be able to see in pitch black, darkness energy blast, ect. Im curious about how you see light working for her. And how would this be combined with the pocket world?

I'm still working out the details of how her light works, I'll have it up soon, but it will be kinda similar to his but with light. I love the idea of the yin and yang mark showing up on their skin. I don't know, maybe their light and dark could be what causes the other world, like water and lava creates islands?

What about making her powers of light look identical to his but with light? She can move through light unseen, see in the brightest of light, manipulate light into objects, and make blast of light energy. Anything he does with dark she can do with light. The catch being they have to be within a certain distance from each other to work their powers. And when they work together, their abilities become stronger and may eventually lead them into being able to create a pocket world?

Their powers could bounce off each other well. He would need light to make shadows and she would need his darkness to define her light. Yin and Yang. And since the symbol itself shows that there is a little of the opposite power in each one, we can even go down the path of him being able to control aspects of light to varying degrees and vice versa.

I'm glad you like the symbol idea! It could be another thing to hide and another reason to come back together. I was thinking it would appear on the inner wrist?

I like the idea of their powers being identical to his but with light. I like the idea of their powers being able to create the pocket world when they get strong enough, that way they have to work harder to make it.

Well I think it would make sense for him to be able to control a little light and vice versa because it would be impossible to have light without darkness and vice versa. So I would say he could control just enough light to make darkness.

Maybe their wrists would work but it would be a bit harder for them to hide.

I really like this yin and yang thing. I think it is going to work amazingly!

Hmm well I do like your idea of it being on their wrist, but since we agreed its to hard to hide what about up a little higher on their inner forearm? Which makes me wonder if the symbol would hurt in the morning, like to let them know its there? Or is it going to be like "Oh wow look at that."?

And knowing Ciara she will likely think that Adam was the one that put this on her arm at first before she figures out he has one too. She really doesn't like black magic for a reason I haven't told yet. She likely with think he put a curse on her or something.

I could see that. Which makes a question pop into mind. Is she going to have the black side of the symbol to represent him or will she have the white side representing her own new powers. I thinking both ways work, but having the opposite sign might be more interesting. What do you think?
