Me too, though I think the problem was we just got out of the mindset. It is a good read, I go back and look at it very how and then.

I guess we did. :( I loved the way our characters connected! Though I see a pattern. Your vampire was in the middle of his clan, no one truly impactful, and my werewolf was the head of her pack. Much like our witch and warlock. I truly wish we could have seen the story go on, I think it was heading to an amazing arch. I think I lost it with the addition of other characters.

As much as I love writing, I find that I get bored if I don't have someone helping me with it. Thus, I was introduced to the rp world! Gosh... that was over a decade ago... Im old xD

:{ I know me too. Haha yeah, well what can I say, I prefer my good characters to be in the lower part of the food chain. It keeps me from turning them bad. I know it sounds weird, but I have an easier time turning good characters with power bad than vice versa. It was headed to an amazing arch. I'm still this one will have an amazing arch too. I say that this time we stick with making it about the mains, and only use the sides when we need them in posts. Because I think that's where I lost it too.

Yeah, I think the getting board by myself was why I couldn't write short stories. Then my sister found me this site like almost six years ago and just keep getting better at writing xD

That makes sense. I don't know if I have an explanation thats really good. I guess you can say that rping is my way to escape my world for a bit, and if I am going to escape I want to be a bad ass. lol. It's a lame excuse but it is the only one that comes to mind. Your right, this is going to turn out amazing, I know it is! And I agree, we stick only to our main characters and no more.

My next door neighbor introduced me when I was thirteen or fourteen. He taught me the basic terminology and introduced me to the group story he was doing. My first character was this weak little princess that had to be constantly saved. From there I went to one on one though neopets of all places and rped through emails and IMs until I finally found this place.

Neopets? Lol I never really rped when I played on neopets (which my aunt introduced me.) I never really understood it but the buying and selling. I started roleplaying on Hex, A harry potter fansite, that was not really for roleplaying. It was a murder who done it, and I ended up getting my sister and me killed. That was when we fold this place.

Yeah, neopets. Though really I just put interest checks and then start stories over emails and IM. My favorite way to roleplay was through IM. At least it was back then. Now my favorite is thread.

I never felt like you were making fun! It is an interesting place, and against the rules of the sight to send people off site to an interest check. I would make sites with all my interest check stuff. It was an interesting way for sure!

See I only roleplayed through emails once, after the guild crashed and it ended up killing the roleplay. So I don't really like to do it that way.

I do not care for email either. I was more of an IM kind of person. Mostly AIM or yahoo.

I cannot count how many Neopet accounts I have gotten frozen and deleted because of it. I created emails just to make neopet accounts because you can only have three accounts per email and I would get them all permanently frozen.

I only got my accounts frozen because I did not roleplay on the site but rather posted links off site. It was stupid but the only way I knew how to find rpers.

So... I was reading our old story and got the urge to reply if only to finish the fight they were in the middle of. But instead, I created a reply for this rp. I am putting it up now xD

Um well I used to get annoyed when everyone in the group rps would ignore my character, so I would just post random crap not related to the rp itself to see how long before they noticed. But I was just new here, playing free, before I left and came back playing only 1x1s.

I'm glad you liked your surprises! I hope he stays that cute. And just because he has his back turned doesn't mean he is being unaware. He is just cocky enough that he thinks she will not be able to surprise him even if she tries something. Adam is starting to make himself now. I built the frame, but I feel like he takes on his own personality as I am writing. Is that weird?

Yeah, that is fine! No rush. I only got the urge because I was reading through our old rp and I started really wanting to write despite the headache. Speaking of just wanting to write. I wrote a response for Avina too... Not really sure why. Just couldn't really help myself... Maybe it was rereading the story, or maybe it was our conversation tonight. Maybe both. Dunno. -shrugs and looks shameful-

I hate that about group rps! I am always the one that ends up getting ignored. I mean you cannot even garentee that they read your post. I have tried group rps several times, and its just not my cup of tea. I like the constant interaction one on one brings for my character.

I know right, plus you leave for sleep at night and have no idea where everyone is when you come back. I prefer the way things seem more personal in 1x1s.

I am still unsure how Adam is going to soften towards her, but I think if anyone was going to pull his soft side out it would be Ciara. Part of the reason I do not like writing out personality on a character sheet, especially a detailed personality description, is because my characters always take their own personality, and it tends to move away from the original description.

Yeah, that is a pain in the butt. Or you are interacting with one character and they don't reply for a while and everyone else is moving on. You just become stuck as the story line moves along.

I agree, my characters always have that problem too. Like it is really hard to play off a shy person, when the character takes on a life of their own and likes to talk. Which always seems to happen to me. I always have a problem thinking in the mind set as my characters for awhile after I write for them. Is that weird?

Oh that reply was really good. It made me kinda miss them more. I might end up after replying to the other and this one, writing a reply to that fight xD

I hate that! I had someone once talk me into joining one with her, because she was new and didn't want to be alone in the rp. Then poof, it caused the whole rp to die.

No, not weird at all. My mind lives in my stories 90% of the time. I am constantly thinking about what my character would do in my situation, or putting them into what I foresee happening in their story. It keeps me from being bored at work sometimes!

I was missing them after I reread the story. I was secretly hoping that if you read the reply, you would want to respond. If we wanted, we could restart the story. Pick-up from where we left off. Though I still want to keep this story going too!

I have never been in a successful group role-play. Truly, I think 1x1 is where I belong!

Hehe! Guilty as charged! It overwhelmed me back then because I did not have near the free time. With college, student teaching, roommates, and a boyfriend. It seemed like I had no time to give. Not to mention we had two characters in one story, and three in the other. There was a lot going on in the stories too. Now I am substituting and my husband is gone usually one day on the weekend and two or three nights during the week. I have more free time then I really want. xD

I would really enjoy picking it back up. I actually have a few ideas for plot twists ^.^
