Have you tried the putting your hands and feet and hot water with an ice pack on your neck trick?

No I haven't done that yet, though I might if it don't get better. It's kind of something I do if nothing else works because its bit the most comfortable.

I took some headache pills, caffeine, food, and a neck massager.

Yeah it's pretty annoying really. I made a cup of coffee, not a big fan, but that's what I'm trying now.
