I think for the sake of character freedom, sometimes you should type "Attempts to" and allow the person to respond, that way people can try and get out planned sequences they had ready for their beloved character :)

Personally, I don't think characters should be able to overpoweredly teleport behind eachother and make them completely unable to respond, as well as force a reaction upon them.

From now on, I shall be ignoring people who control her reactions/actions, or ignoring the reaction that you say she does. PS: The eye still functions as it would. It's just got an image in it.
