Approximately 0.135% of the population lies above three standard deviations. Not impossible, but very rare. With a large enough population, you would expect to see a few individuals with those characteristics, but they would be regarded as exceptional among the species. If that is something you want (and Sep is fine with), then I'll not say anything.

It is far from the worst I've seen. I know of one character in a different RP whose height falls above 5 standard deviations.

She lies 2 standard deviations from average, though that is equivalent to someone being 6'1". I personally know people around those heights. Though, attending a military college, my sample distribution may be skewed.

I'm 6'4 and most my family are around this height so I tend not to see it as above average height xD

Besides, you gotta remember these aren't just randomers bumping into eachother in the street these are individuals good at what they do being called together. On that level I'm all right with it.

Ahh, I find the split personality in Hidan will certainly fuck things up for people. Imagine, us making a ceasefire with an overpowering enemy that killed many of us, and then Scourge comes and tries to kill or maim the negotiator. Brings a tear to my eye.

As long as you don't overdo it. I'm in another RP with a character who does that, and not even intentionally. It has gotten to the point that I'm more annoyed than anything. Having him act out could add spice to the RP, but too much spice and it just becomes unpleasant.

That. As I said earlier I'm happy with it being a more of an "Occasional" thing. However too many crazy antics in this particular crowd and I cannot guarantee survival. As some people know (Don't think anyone here) players most certainly can die in my RPS :P
