Her hand stilled and her eyes widened, the sound of the door and familiar footsteps did nothing to pull her from her shocked state.

"Princess?" Both asked as one, Enna blinked slowly and licked her suddenly dry lips, she coughed lightly and removed the hand she was using to draw his pain briefly from his shoulder, only to flick his nose once more and caress the side of his face.

"Have you finished your homework?" She asks, beginning to stitch once more, her cheeks blazing a bright pink as she focuses, the unified whine had her pausing and straightening, her narrowed gaze falling on Jason and James.

"Hey-" James began.

"-why is your face all red?" Jason finished, his hands raising the packet before dropping it on the bed. James nodded and blinked, a grin spreading across his face before faltering as Enna took a step forward, eyes flashing ice-bice-blue, they both took a step back and raised their hands.

"Go." She stated with a wave of her hand, needle forgotten for a moment.

"-But" They began in unison as they continued to back away, Enna following slowly.

"Now." She snarled softly, both yelped and bolted, heading up to their room to collect their packets. Turning and walking back to Adrian, Enna picks the needle back up and just holds it for a moment, her heart beginning to pound in her chest. "Your important to me too Ad, so don't do anything stupid on my account." She offered after a brief pause, leaning forward and quickly pressed her lips to his temple before pulling away and focusing on her task once more. Her cheeks now beet red, the sounds of hurried steps fills the air as the twins return and plop onto the beds they'd used the night before, books and packets in hand. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian quickly glanced down from his fixed point on the ceiling above, worried of the possibility that he has offended her with his words. He watched her anxiously, waiting for a reaction from her. He ignored the twins, too focused on the person in front of him. He flinched back slightly at the flick on his nose, then the immediate feeling afterwards of her stroking his cheek. His eyes closed slightly at her touch, watching her carefully.

At the sight of her pink cheeks, he felt like reaching up and gently brushing his fingers over them, a small smile on his face. He restrained himself however, feeling that Enna wouldn't quite appreciate the touch. His breath stilled once again as she returned to stitching, gazing back up at the ceiling. When she stopped again, he lowered his gaze, watching her interaction with the two. A single eyebrow was arched higher then the other as he watched, curious about her treatment of them. He understood why she wanted them gone, they seemed like the typical older brothers that would bug her incessently. A pang of sadness struck him, before quickly pushing the thought of his brother out of his mind. He wouldn't, couldn't dwell on that now.

As she approached again and picked up the needle, he tensed slightly, eyes landing on it, watching the light glint off of the slender piece of metal between her fingers. As she began to speak, he looked back up at her, releasing a shaky breath. He nodded, smiling at her and he said," I'll try not to. You just will have to excuse my temper, I'm not the calmest person." It was his own turn to get a slightly pink tint to his cheeks at the feel of her lips touching his temple, and had the strong want to lean forward and simply kiss her. But once again he figured she wouldn't appreciate that, holding back yet again.

He grimaced slightly as she began again, looking back up at the point on the ceiling, struggling to ignore the tug of the needle and thread going through his skin. His fingers pressed into the bed, much like he would do if he had his claws at the moment. Not having access to them, his fingers dug in instead. His head turned slightly as the twins ran back into the room. The speed of their desire to please Enna and keep her happy would almost make him laugh, if he didn't do the same as well. He licked his lips, lowering his gaze slightly to look at Enna, smile softly at the concentration. He said, his voice rumbling softly," thank you for doing this for me En." @Arista

Enna sighed softly and offered a nod, her fingers working smoothly as she finishes the last cut. The flame in her cheeks fading as she focuses, the sound of pens against paper had her shoulders relaxing. It was true they the twins were older, but they'd always been quick to please her, which was how she earned the name princess from both.

Straightening and cutting the thread with her teeth, she cleared her throat and reached forward with both hands, gently holding Adrian's face in them, she smiles and rolls her eyes fondly.

"That's fine, the instant we met in the Auditorium I knew you'd be special. As long as you'll have me, your stuck with me." She leaned forward and gently kissed both his cheeks before reaching for the packet and turning to where James and Jason sat, deep in the process of finishing their work. She glanced back and offered a soft smile, the ribbon holding her hair slipping slightly as she walks towards the twins and gracefully plops down on the closest bed to them, her legs crossing as she begins to leaf through the packet. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian relaxed a bit as the thread was cut from his chest, knowing now that it was over finally. He looked down at his chest, taking in how much the cuts actually required stitches. He let out a puff of air, looking up at Enna as he felt her soft hands on his cheeks. His own hands drifted to rest softly on her hips, gazing up at her. A smile formed on his face at her words, happy that she would stick with him, through everything.

His thumbs drew small circles on her hips, watching her lean forward. His heart hammered in his chest as she drew closer, slight disappointment going through his mind as instead her lips pressed against his cheeks. He watched her turn and walk away, working to calm down his heart and remove the red coloring that climbed on his cheeks. It was cool for guys to blush. He chuckled softly at her small smile, shaking his head a little. She was gonna be the death of him.

He heaved himself up off of the bed, grabbing onto his own packet of homework, making his way over to the three before plopping himself down next to Enna, his arm brushing against her arm. He opened to the place he was last at, letting out a huff. He had no desire to do any of this. He grumbled softly, looking at the work he needed to complete. @Arista

"Okay so how do we-" Jason began, his pen poised in the air as if to jot down the answer, Enna raised her hand absently and jabbed a finger into his chest, her right hand never stilling in its writing, she huffed softly and spoke to James.

"Help him with Calculus, I'm busy doing both Latin and History. Ad is doing Biology so I'll help him with that." Jason snatched her hand and lazily ran his finger over her open palm, his left hand beginning to write once more. James snorted softly and offered a nod, his eyes drifting back to his Astrology and Chemistry.

"Just one-" Jason began, his lips touching her palm, Enna easily flipped it over and slammed it into his nose, a soft huff escaping his lips as she plops her hand back into her lap. Her arm brushing Adrian's as it does, she flicks her gaze to Jason and rolls her eyes before focusing on her homework.

"Not helping you anymore, your smart enough to do it on your own." She states softly, her eyes dropping slightly as a yawn escapes her lips.

"Come now you always helped when we asked-" Jason stated with a pout, Enna snorted softly and continued to write.

"That was when we were kids, suck it up and do your homework." She answers with a shrug of her shoulders, the silence broken by pens scratching across paper, Jason's huff filled the air before he too began to work. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian listened to the three's bantering, a smile forming on his face. He slowly began to work on the assignment, struggling to think as far back as this packet required of him and remember it correctly. He definitely wasn't very fond of biology. Or really, any school work. But he needed to cover it, so he pressed on.

Adrian chuckled, trying to keep it quite however, amusement dancing in his eyes as he looked at both Enna and Jason, enjoying watching the two. His pen stilled for a breif second as Jason pressed his lips into Enna's hand, a wider grin forming soon afterwards when she bashed his nose. Chuckling softly again, he continued writing on his paper again, narrowing his eyes at the problems. Why couldn't layman's terms be used, it would be so much each to understand. His non writing hand, his left, absentmindedly began to draw small patterns on his thigh, a habit that he had gotten into when he is thinking. @Arista

Enna sighed and continued, her hand easily translating the Latin words into phrase, her fingers tapping on her thigh as she thought. The silence broken a few moment later by James' question.

"Why are we doing this now? We have a day until classes begin once more." Enna continued to work, her chocolate-brown hair falling free from its loosened ribbon, she hummed softly and answered after a pause.

"Because then you'll both be worrying about it and get lectured and then you'll come and complain to me so-" She shrugged and finished the last of her problems before starting on her final problems for History, Jason huffed and snatched up her tapping hand once more.

"Fine princess, you owe us though" Jason stated with a grin, his now pointed teeth easily pricking the skin of her wrist, Enna paused in her writing as a shiver raced up her spine, she snarled softly and stilled when he licked the drops of blood that begin to blossom against her skin. Her eyes narrowed as his eyes flashed brightly for a moment before returning to their normal violet. Enna pulled her hand back and snarled softly when blood still rose from the slowly healing teeth marks, her eyes flashing ice-blue when Jason reached forward once more.

"Dammit Jason, I've told you not to do that. We're not kids anymore and it hurts." She snarled and flexed her hand, Jason whined softly and returned to his work, Enna sighed and forced herself to continue. She was healed but still weak, the wounds should of sealed and the blood stopped. Shaking her head and allowing her hand to fall into her lap, Enna began to write once more. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian couldn't help but agree with Jamesg, wondering why he had to do the work right now. However, at her response, he immediately understood. If he didn't do it now, then he would be procrastinating it until last minute where he would then be in a panic trying to complete it on time. It's happened far too often for him to remember how many times.

He looked up as Jason said that she owed them, a frown forming on his face, his previous amusement disappearing. When his teeth pierced her wrist, his own growl formed, teeth drawing back over his lips, tempted to partially shift, but holding off on it. For now. His own anger seemed to match that of Enna's, the air around him heating up slightly, his fingers twitching. His task was forgotten, another growl from him piercing the air, his eyes locked on Jason's face.

He turned to Enna once she dropped her hand to her lap, gently taking it into his hands, brushing his thumb over the spot that he bit. He spoke, acting as if the twins weren't present, his voice slightly lower and harder then normal," why did he do that to you?" His hands were gentle, but his body was tense in his anger, muscles sticking out more then usual. He brought his gaze up to Enna's face, still ignoring the presence of the two. @Arista

Enna sighed softly and made a gesture with her other hand, the drowiness she'd felt faded now at the feel of Adrian's anger. She bit her lips for a moment and answered softly, her fingers twitching slightly.

"It's something that we did as kids, we'd nip at one another whenever we had the chance, it was never anything deep or rough, it was sort of a way for us to communicate when we were shifted. As we grew up and I was taken from the orphanage to live with my grandmother, we rarely saw one another. The last time we met, just a few days after I'd left, we made a blood promise to see each other once again. He didn't mean anything by it Ad, it was just a gesture meaning to show their affection and brotherly love. It'll heal." She offers softly, reassurance clear in her voice as she flips her hand over and laces their fingers together the soft yelp had her eyes focusing on the twins once more.

"Yes I know that was uncalled for, yes I know I deserve to be hit but in my defense-" Jason pauses when Enna rose her free hand and flashed her eyes.

"I won't hit you Jason, however if you say 'in my defense I did it out of my love for you' again I'll suffocate you with a mound of snow. Finish please? I want to play in the snow for a bit before getting food." She stated, keeping her fingers in Adrian's grasp, easily switching the pen to her other hand and beginning to write. Both nodded and began once more. @SomeoneSomewere

He watched her as she began to respond to this question, an unhappy line settling about his mouth. He nodded in response, not arguing what she had said. He still didn't think of it as right for him to bite her, but he didn't press the issue. A small smile formed on his face, greatfully allowing her fingers to slip between his own, closing his hand over hers. He brushed his thumb over her hand, watching her as she raised her hand to Jason, reprimanding him again. He glowered at Jason as well, showing his displeasure.

At the mention of snow he frowned a bit, looking down at his paper. He always tended to melt the snow faster then he could do anything with it. And the cold made him weaker then normal. But since Enna wanted to go out and play in it, he would gladly join her. He just knew at some point soon he wished to walk to the headmaster about what had happened.

He returned to his work, his work soon becoming poor, albeit he still completed it, but put in no extra work then necessary. He popped his neck in relief, leaning back and closing the packet. He had finished it, the most basic answers he could put on the last several questions. He yawned, setting the packet to the side, popping his fingers of his free hand on the bed. @Arista

Enna finished and sighed softly, tugging her now healed hand free from Adrian's grip and effortlessly jumped to her feet, James groans softly and pops his neck, Jason cracked his back and closes the packet in his hands. Enna sighs once more and stands before her friend, hee eyes softening as he continues to stare at the white bedsheet, rolling her eyes she lifts his head and focuses her eyes with his.

"...." He says nothing as they lock gazes, James slides off the bed and retrieves both his and his brother's packet before heading to the far window and snapping his fingers, a small violet fox appears and yips softly. Offering it the packets, it yips once more and vanishes in a puff, opening the window James stretches his arms above his head.

"That was uncalled for Jason, I know you meant nothing by it but still. I'm not angry at you but Adrian is." She leans forward and kisses both his cheeks and forehead before pulling back and moving towards the window, she pauses and reaches her hand for Adrian. A faint blush stains her cheeks but she doesn't drop her hand, a smile lighting up her face. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian looked at her as she tugged against his hand, releasing her hand from his hand, watching her jump up to her feet. He continued to watch as she approached Jason, his eyes drifting away to look at James, as he approached the window. His eyebrows furrowed as the fox appeared, curious as to how James created the animal to do his bidding. He shook his head slightly, getting drawn back into the interaction between Jason and Enna as they spoke, his eyes narrowing slightly as his gaze locked on to Jason.

He ran his hand over his hair, letting a puff of air escape his lips. A frown formed on his face as she kissed his cheeks and forehead before forcing it away. He would not let it bother him now. It meant nothing, it was just to reassure him. He stood up as Enna turned away from Jason, smiling as her hand was extended out to him. He gently took her hand, interlacing their fingers afterwards. He looked towards the window, taking in a deep breath, already feeling a shiver running down his back. @Arista

"You don't have to go in if you don't want Ad, I need to release a bit of energy before I go crazy" She offered softly, her cheeks dusting pink as she squeezes their intertwined hands, a smile spreading across her lips. James snorted softly gently muzzled the side of her temple, jumping from the window he easily shifts and lands in the snow, his tail flicking as he stretches.

"Adrian? Can I talk to you?" Jason whispers softly, Enna blinks and glances back, an eyebrow arching at the familiar set of her shoulders, she glances at Adrian and smiles softly. Releasing her hand from his she pauses for a moment and bites her bottom lip, huffing she leans forward and places her lips to his for a moment before pulling away and jumping out of the window.

Spinning she lands on her paws and stretches her shifted body, grinning as much as she can in this form, she lurches forward and tackles Names into the snow. A playful brawl beginning between the two. Jason watches with a faint smile on his lips. @SomeoneSomewere

A small chuckle escaped him as she said that she needed to go out or else she would go crazy. He then spoke," nah, I'll come out with you." He smiled, rubbing his thumb over her hand happily. He watched Janes jump out of the window, and was about to step forward when Jason's voice sounded behind him. His nose flared breifly, a puff of air escaping from it," alright"

He gently released her hand as well, smiling slightly again. He watched her breif struggle, his lips parting slightly as she leaned forward, her struggle obviously ending. His first response was shock, then he managed to quickly kiss her back, only for her to turn and disappear out the window. He watched her, his own face now tinted red, clearing his throat softly. He watched her play, walking over to the windows and placing his hands on the sill, but not exiting.

Still watching the two wrestle with each other, he spoke," so, what is it that you would like to talk to be about?" He already knew what the answer would be in response, but he desire to hear it for himself, not just based off of his own assumptions. @Arista

"I know you care for her, she's someone special to be loved and cherished. I've known her since we were three, meeting in the orphanage changed not only my life but my older brothers as well. Even then she was stubborn and would get into fights on our behalf, sometimes even punished by the Caretaker for getting in trouble. She became out light and salvation, as corny as that sounds, she's special and what I did? Means nothing more than a brotherly-nip. She's like the sister I never had and I adore her, the loss of her Grandmother nearly broke her spirit, we haven't seen her like this since she was little, for that I thank you. However I have a warning for you Fire-Wielder, harm her in anyway and you'll have the two of us to deal with. She cares to you and I hope that's enough to keep her...from harming herself like she did after the murder of her Grandmother." His voice has lowered as he spoke, his fingers flexing at the final sentence that left his mouth, he moves towards the window and points to Enna's wiggling form, the sunlight easily showing the almost unoticable gray streaks along the sides of her body. "I never want to see cuts on her skin again, we've had enough close calls as it is."

Easily jumping out, Jason shifts and lands beside Enna, crouching low he lunges and begins to roll with her, her tail wagging insanely as she dodges and follows him, her tongue happily lolling out as she dodges James and takes off. Both panthers and wolf easily dodging each other as if they dance above the snow, Enna jumps up and flips, easily landing on both of their backs and pushing them into the snow. Her tail still wagging as both struggle under her weight. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian listened carefully, absorbing every word that was said. He wouldn't ever harm her. However, his thoughts drifted off into a dangerous place, his fingers pressing down against the sill, the tips of his fingers turning white. What if he lost control and hurt her? His eyes turned down to the white between his hands, his eyes narrowed slightly. His fingers pressed harder into the wood, scowling, as he learned about he cutting habits. He refused to let her return to that dark place. He would keep her happy. He won't allow anything to make her unhappy ever again. He got in a nod, just as Jason jumped out the window, efficiently ending the conversation. He glowered down at the wood, taking in a deep breath and letting it out. He wouldn't let his new discovery foul his mood any.

He stepped over to the window, jumping down, shifting in mid jump, landing with a thump down on his feet, grimacing as the stitches were forced to move and stretch. He would need to be careful. He felt the shivers running down his spine, the snow melting under his paws. He shook his head, ears twitching, moving towards the group, smiling a bit. @Arista

Enna jumped off from the two and made her way over, her tail lowering as well as her ears as she nears him. She'd heard the discussion Jason had with Adrian, she paused a few feet from him and lowered herself until her belly touched the snow. She focused her gaze on him and stayed still, Jason and James slowly emerge from the snow and shake off, both stilling as silence greets them.

Adrian stopped as she approached, tilting his head as her head and tail began to lower. When she stopped and lowered herself into a typical position of submission, he shook his head gently. He closed the distance between them in a few steps, stopping them lowering his head and body slightly, brushing his head against hers, before softly licking her cheek. Then he tucked his head under hers, forcing her to raise it up.

He looked at her and thought," you didn't need to do that. I just don't want you to hurt yourself again, ever. Can you promise me that? I don't want you hurt." Once again he nuzzled her, then rubbing the side of his head over her neck, drawing back to meet her eyes, watching her carefully. @Arista

Enna rises to her feet and sighs through her snout, her tail twitching slightly, she looks away for a moment before glancing back at Adrian.

I can try to promise that, I have moments where even shifted I'll....as long as your not mad She whispers softly, nuzzling his neck and inhaling his scent, her tail beginning to wag and ears perking up once more. She pulled back and licked his cheek before pulling away and stomping her front paws into the snow, her hind legs planting themselves firmly as her front paws begin to dig, Jason and James doing the same.

The sunlight bathing the grounds pure white as they dig, a single goal in mind, making a big enough hole to plant a snowman. @SomeoneSomewere

He watched her rise to her feet, his eyes soft and gentle as he gazed at her. After her breif moment of thinking, he listened to her as she began to speak, nodding slightly at the end. He then replied, his voice soft in her mind, If you ever feel an urge coming on, just come to me. I'll help you through it. And I'm not mad, just worried. He turned his head slightly as she nuzzled him, a low purr beginning in his throat. He watched her pull away, smiling softly after her. He would have a hard time getting angry with her, and for that he was very greatful.

His head tilted in confusion as the three began to dig, not understanding the purpose behind it. He stepped forward, glancing back and glowering at the bare ground that his paws had previously been at, the snow melted. Thankfully his coat was thick enough to block most of the cold, but it still seeped in, chilling his body. He watched them, unsure how to help because he didn't know what they were up to. @Arista
