This might sound odd. (Mostly because philosophical and psychological) But I find it silly to restrict yourself based on sexuality. If you like someone, then that should be good enough. Sex should always be the furthest thing from your mind.

And another thing I believe as a biological construct, a reason I believe some people are... ya know... is because human adaptation is registering there is over population, and is simply doing itself in by not... ya know.

Personally I believe that most people start out as basically bisexual, and that heterosexuality is a behaviour pattern taught by social pressure and upbringing, a philosophy supported by Freud who referred to it as innate bisexuality.

Since I had a very open and supportive childhood the heterosexual imprint was never one which was impressed on me to any great extent, and so I haven't strayed from the innate bisexual template to any great degree. It has been argued that people who hold extreme negative views of homosexual behaviour are in fact projecting their own fears of their innate bisexual urges onto others, trying to prove to themselves that they are normal by victimising those who represent their greatest fears.

@Genni I too believe that. But I also believe others adapt too.

Also to...@Adorabadass and@vancexentan

Just a great troll face.

Edit: Regardless of what thread, it would be a weak one if we were not open about ourselves to a degree as players. I'd be bored to tears if anyone and everyone just talked about one topic.

"Where to next?" Just no. That is fine in the rp, people can think of that and just go. But OOC is for chatting and discussion. So the topic does not really matter unless something absolutely requires us to change topic, and there is no fun being objective about everything.

1. Objective of Rp First. Which has been established.
2. Have fun.
3. Chat with your rp mates. It is just a healthier and enriching experience that way.

That's a fair point it's just we don't want to stray too far away from the roleplay itself.

@vancexentan Not to criticize you. But do you think you can spread your post out in the rp itself?
Like walls of text... are a bit much. I know you're so much better than that. Or at least space them a bit more because they look like three paragraphs just clumped into one mass.

I'm not making fun of you. It is just... off putting...

@vancexentanIt is just as a writer, I understand the need to incorporate a lot of detail to things. (Such as post.)

But with the clumped text... it gives me the impression you're trying a bit too hard. I mean, they are good post without a doubt.
But do you sorta see what I'm saying?

I understand what you're saying in partial however that's the way I've been doing posts since I've gotten into RPG about two years ago or so now.

Just be happy your not in Gundam Those Who Correct you'd hang yourself.

@vancexentan It is just in writing. Feelings, to dialog, and then usually a bit of exposition of feeling. But separate them while being relatively close. It keeps it coherent and keeps the reader from second guessing what they just read.

I mean... I am not sounding like a dick am I?

@vancexentanNot my intention either.

But... It is best to keep flavor text separate from a mass of dialog is all I'm saying.

Everyone writes differently. I like Vance's wall of text. It's not that bunched up tbh and I had no trouble reading it. :)

I did ask when I announced the IC open for paragraphs to be kept to less than 10 lines if possible, as large blocks of text on the screen can make reading difficult and cause problems determining pace, importance and focus for characters too, in turn making it difficult for others to tell exactly what's happening in the scene.

It also makes it difficult to pick out speech, as well as parsing what is character material and what is requests, comments and queries directed at other players. If each of you could choose a colour to use highlighting what part of your posts are speech, especially when directed at another player, that would also be a great help.

Really this is a personal preference of mine due to thinking in terms of comic book panels. A paragraph would normally cover the content for two or three panels, before moving on to another to continue the flow of the story. :)
