Sorry it took so long. Kaze and I have been dealing with things to get ready for the holidays. We've been busy almost all October for Samhain and Halloween, most of November for Thanksgiving and now we have to set up for Yule and Christmas.

I'm sorry guys. I'm bowing out. The holidays are coming, so everyone will be extra busy these coming weeks. And I just have no inspiration or motivation to go on. We have so many people participating, some take longer than others to post, and then others have blocks. In jest- total white girl moment - I can't even!

But seriously. The fight with the dragons has dragged on soo long, and is kind of botched up at this point. Also, as we continue to lose cast members, it becomes harder to post and even harder to fill in the gaps.

I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for helping this along for the last 6 months. And a huge thank you to @ArenaSnow for all the help since day one. If you'd like to take over or revamp the rp, you're more than welcome to. This was my first original rp, and I never expected it to go as long as it did or do as well as it has with so many talented contributors. I tip my hat to you all.

Well... I can try and take over. What I need, though, is assurances of dedication from existing members.

I guess it all depends on how many people want to continue. I'll compile and post mentions for all active members on this announcement.

It may be prudent to call this a prologue and start fresh elsewhere, with a wee more organization and lessons learned.

@ArenaSnow I am truly sorry. I know it's a lot to ask. As much as the lack of activity deters and unmotivates everyone else, it has done the same for me. I dunno. Maybe I just need a break, or I'm just not cut out for gm, or just need to step down. I will try to help you if I can. I'm just at a loss on how to follow up with certain things. Maybe a revamp is exactly what it needs.

It appears we're at a crossroads, then. I've pinged all recently active members that haven't dropped by time or by statement; so some decisions, I think, ought be made.

The first is if we want to continue this course of RP. It's a little unorganized and certainly has entered a lull... not sure how to fix the lull bit, but I think it may be possible to get on track here if we put a little deeper plot into the city where the city group investigates things, and clearly define/reset and/or rewrite the dragon battle portion.

Second option is to keep this going, but change the location, events, scope even. Basically a different roleplay that involves the same universe and possibly some of the same characters (I have demons that work around the world... fear not :P ). With that we can get a clean start, replenish ranks, and learn from previous experiences in this one.

The third, which I'm less than happy to consider, would be dropping the roleplay entirely. If we lose too many core players, it'll either be this option or a possibly reboot with this RP being some sort of prologue. If not a reboot, then I guess I'll have a little adjustable backstory for roleplay-established demon characters that I can cut and paste in a roleplay in the future...

I suggest we do some sort of a vote and get opinions on what to do next out there. We let the roleplay sit as it is and option 3 will be all but assured.
