Hmm, nooo, don't think that makes sense. For any reality to exist there must be time, nothing can develop into reality without time. Time is the essence of reality, it is what makes reality what it is.

Time is effected by the Order of the fact that there is existence. Without Order Time would never be needed. Time moves by the laws of Order which hold Reality together.
