A Universe that consists of Gods and Goddesses and they are ruled by Deities that are higher than they are in power and status. In this ruling, the leading male and females are their "King" and "Queen", but what if one of them is tired of ruling and wants to pass down the flame? Well they hold a competition to see who can create a Universe, with a perfect civilization. No war, Ultimate Technology, and a civilization that given time, will eventually become gods. The first Daughter of the ruling family decides to give it a shot. She creates a Universe and starts off a civilization, but after thousands of millennium, the civilization gets into a horrible, so horrible that the Daughter of the Ruling family gave up on it, and even told the civilization that she has lost hope in them and will never come back. The war ends shortly after and the civilization after more years splits into 3 factions...
Sanction 1:
-This Sanction's goal is to achieve World Peace through Diplomacy and they hope that The one who created their Universe is still looking at them and want to get her blessings again. This Sanction is the least advanced civilization, but is considered the most peaceful. They are the best at diplomacy, and living in Sanction 1 is almost stress free. Only stress the people that live in Sanction 1 is only caused by whenever Sanction 2 or 3 attacks. This Sanction also has a very little military, and because of this and their Diplomacy, however, they managed to have a contract with Sanction 3 that is Sanction 3 protects Sanction 1, Sanction 1 will send people down to 3 to live there. There's a catch to this though.....
Sanction 2:
-This Sanction is moderately advanced. They just got access to hoverboards and improved armour. This sanction is all about war. It is enforced by law that anyone who lives in this Sanction by 18 regardless of gender to join Sanction 2's army, although it's considered honorable to join earlier than that. This Sanction wants to fight until nobody strong enough can fight back, and rule all three sanctions with a ruling fist. With Forced World Peace under fear, they feel they might get The creator's blessing, but they could care less. These people don't make deals unless it involves improving their weaponry/ soldiers/ or both.
Sanction 3:
-This Sanction is by far the most advanced, ranging from levitating cars, to nanotechnology, to teleportation, you name it. This Sanction is all about advancing it's technology. Everyone that lives here are either Scientist, or experiments. Children are raised towards one of these paths based on family income. Everyone sent from Sanction 1 becomes an Experiment (This was the catch). The experiment's purpose is to engineer someone to become a god. Hopefully, they can create someone so powerful, it rivals that to the creator, and they can get revenge for abandoning their world. These experimentation is under the code name: Project Rho. Those who fail the experiments(Which is 99% of people ested) are sent to facilities to contain them. If they are unstable, they are terminated. If they are stable, they are used a troops for whenever battle cannot be avoided. The only person they deem to be successful is Eric Drone, someone who can control Genetics. He can change his genome to control any ability, and to take on any form, but it isn't powerful enough to do cosmic things, like control times or create things celestial size. They hate Sanction 2, and wish to capture them one day and use them all as experiments.
So.... who likes this and wants to join once I put this up into a OOC/IC Thread?
