Only Charlie definitely died in Jurassic World, after turning to red mist getting hit by a rocket. Delta was thrown through the barbeque restaurant kitchen causing a fireball, but could've easily rolled or been thrown clear inside the restaurant before the hot plate exploded, and Echo was tossed aside limp after being in the jaws of the I-Rex, similarly to how Blue was treated earlier and survived.

Neither are definitely dead and 'comic book rules' state that if you didn't see a body¹ then the character isn't dead.

1 - Which couldn't possibly have been a homeless person dressed in the other person's clothes, a flash grown clone, a robot, an alternate reality doppelganger, a long-lost twin sibling, a hologram or any other thing or person who just looked like the presumed dead body.

In fact Charlie might not be dead either, as the dinosaur we saw get blown up could've been Charlie's time travelling daughter sent back in time due to a 'future echo' caused when the dinosaurs were sent into space aboard a Jupiter Mining Corporation mobile asteroid refinery and hit lightspeed when trying to return to the solar system after having been drifting in deep space for several million years, with Charlie suspended in stasis the whole time after having smuggled a cat on board to try and win back the affections of one of the navigation officers.

Yeah, but this movie doesn't really go by comic book rules. We didn't see some of the bodies for the dead guys sent to track the Indominus, but we know they're dead because of them going flat. Oh and the actions are reversed. It was Echo who was thrown into the restaurant and we saw Echo land on the plate right before it exploded.

I don't really think Delta survived being crunched on by the Indominus like that. Plus as Owen said in the movie, they're pack animals. If they had been alive Blue wouldn't have left without them.

Considering what the production teams have done with the franchise in the past, I wouldn't be surprised if they did start bringing the dead back to life. And I'm not just talking about cloning them in several million years time.

I basically went with what Genni said. I did watch the film, yes, and whilst it was rather impossible for Charlie to survive that missile attack, the other two could technically have survived. We don't know exactly about the damage being done to them. For example, you don't exactly know how badly the I-Rex actually chewed on Delta. Rexy kind of surivived there as well, just limping away.
With Echo I can definitely say, she could have died on that blown up plate, and seeing as apparently no one is about to play her anyways, I can simply scratch her from the list.

If you bring up the argument about raptors being pack animals, Blue very well wouldn't have just left without a single glance back, either, even if her sisters were definitely dead. Being with them for her whole life, I do like to think there's some huge sentiment playing in this one.

All in one: Blue survived. Delta probably. If you want Echo dead, then she's dead, it's reasonable. Charlie is definitely dead.

However, guys, there are still these raptors up for you to take! And we will definitely need Blue!

As much money as InGen has, and considering their beliefs and morals, usual US soldiers probably aren't suitable for their needs. I do imagine, that they're paying mercenaries for the needed protection.

And once more a little announcement:
I didn't exactly think that people would take human characters rather than dinosaur ones, which was the main reason for the 'You need a human character before you can create a dinosaur one!'-rule. Therefore, I would definitely appreciate if some would be up for taking a few dinosaurs in as well. They do not need to be a main role, or deserve much effort, just a little somethings.
I have already one person being allowed to play a single Utahraptor, that is eventually under Blue's command. Therefore, once again, we still need a Blue! I won't play her myself, because there'll probably be a re-union of Blue and Owen, and playing with myself is fairly boring.
In this case, I'd be up for taking Delta, following my words above.

@AgentFallenSoul has been requesting the Utahraptor as their character, being a constant replacement for one of the four raptors of Owen, and therefore ultimately under Blue's command, her being the new Alpha.
As for your own character: A Chameleon Carno isn't exactly smaller than a Tyrannosaurus Rex, I-Rex, or a Spinosaurus with it's 3.5 metres height? Perhaps a little smaller, yes, but still a giant. It's technically possible to take it, but I'd like to know how exactly you intend to include him into the RP.

EDIT: And in addition to the on-going conversation about that, is the second dinosaur character request still up for you?

Well it will still be a sub adult. Maybe around 3 meters tall instead of the .5 addition. She will be a recent addition to the park and can also camouflage as in the novel. However, she'll be way more docile then Indominus, but perhaps more sneaky. She'll be a pretty dangerous threat once released...

Hmm. I'm going to start working on my character soon, but for my dinosaur character I'm thinking of making a baby velociraptor that was recently hatched that imprinted on my character. The main purpose of which is to follow my character around and cause problems for him.

More docile like, it was attempted to be trained like Owen's Velociraptors, or more like, it was another dinosaur experiment, that was at least not as smart and hostile as the I-Rex, but is still dangerous as hell?

If people are going to be playing Echo and Delta i'd say they'd both be heavily scarred from the battle with the I-Rex, Echo with burns and Delta with deep teeth gouges.

I'd not be too interested in taking a dinosaur too, but if pushed I'd go for Echo, just to round off the 'Raptor Family. If anyone else would like to take her though I'd happily step aside in favour of another dino instead.
