Just cause a famous athlete is out for a bit, doesn't mean the fans leave. You'd be surprised on loyal ravenous fans. And that's for about anything. My god look at Shenmue. Been out of the game for years. Fans begging, throwing money, everything for that series when there are other new games they could run to but nope. Loyal fans stay. Then throw a whole uproar when a sequel is finally announced.

And hey, we were talking of a what if xD? I believe he COULD do it if he reaaaaally wanted to especially after his performance in the latest game(despite everything going to hell). He won't of course but he probably could.

Gippal is the type who doesn't seek the spotlight because he grew up in it as the son of the leader, and he loved blitzball just for the fun of it. He actually doesn't like the attention though he plays the part. For the fans. So no he is not suave but it's his playboy charm as a blitzball star who's a rich boy that makes him desirable As you can see with nai and Eva he is kinda quiet on the subject of them.

Braska is like Lebron currently. One of the best players with on one the less then stellar teams.
