Sounds about right to me. Parts which are more important will have a larger deadline but this starting bit shouldn't take too long. We'll just go with the AFK characters being silent and I'll start working on an IC post to post in a few hours. Should someone tell me that they're making a post within that time I'll refrain from posting until after their own.

I think 36 hours will be fair, and if they are away then they do what would be expected of them? (Perhaps a roll spectrum for general success/fail for being away) and if you know you will be away give Lone a PM with a brief outline of a characters reactions to certain possibilities maybe? :)

Probably not, sorry. Best to throw the IC post up now for the people who are actually putting effort in. I'll be sure to appear soon. It's not like my character would have much to say anyways with a Fellowship of 16!
