Hi, just another greenhorn popping in for an introduction!

I've been a relatively passionate roleplayer since first joining a roleplay board about three or four years ago. Since then I've gravitated more towards MMORPGs like WoW and ESO, but I'm very much pining for the more detailed and less cluttered action of forum roleplay, so I'm more than enthusiastic about returning to old writing grounds.

I'm a fervent dabbler in the fantasy, horror, and sci-fi genres, but am more than willing to accommodate and break new ground. If it gives you any further insight into my interests, I fancy authors such as Stephen King, Jane Austen, and Agatha Christie (but I'm not one to trail after the works of specific writers; at least not adamantly), and yeah!

Unfortunately I'll only be active during weekends until the first week of August, and thenceforth I'll be spurring myself into checking out this site often and hopefully seeing if I can join any roleplay.

If you have any tips, reminders, or roleplay recommendations, please let me know. I look forward to meeting and roleplaying with you all!

Hi there and welcome!! For tips, tricks and general rules, definitely check out the pinned threads in the news forum if you haven't already. Otherwise, we're really a decent group of of people, I'm sure you'll fit in just fine. Finding your way about isn't too difficult. You'll most likely want to check out the interest checks for new rp's. And if by any chance you happen to be interested in an already established fantasy rp, click here. Thank-you so much for the warm welcome! I briefly read through the backstory and I'm thoroughly enjoying it! I really appreciate the freedom you give for the characters, and tonight I'll begin working on a character bio. I feel like it'd be rude of me to join and only be active for sparse periods, however, so I'll hold back until August when I'll be fully available. Thanks again!
