Biography: Grant is the son of the infamous villains, Hayley "Rogue" Starbach and Mitchell "Poison" Starbach. Having been a victim to some of the couple's wrongdoings, when Grant's parents were killed around the time he turned thirteen years old, he changed his own last name to Hiro and sought help from a well-known hero called Volt Girl. Through her, Grant unveiled his own control over electricity and learned how to manage it and use it for good. Volt Girl, on Grant's sixteenth birthday, went missing and has not been seen since, leaving Grant to help protect citizens in her place.

Biography: Bridget grew up in London, where she was a decently-chatty person who lived a pretty normal life. Unfortunately, when she was only fourteen and on an internship with a medicine company she stumbled upon a secret laboratory where human children were suffering through tests. This being illegal, she ratted them out to the media. It made the news, her name was released, and someone arranged an “accident” for her. At sixteen, after a lengthy court case further out in the country, she was tracked down late at night and run over. The internal damage was so great that she went into shock and her first projection (discovering her power), and was luckily found and rushed to the hospital. After several operations and a few days in the ICU, she was released, told her parents to go into hiding, fled to the US, changed her name and learned to fight; in her spare time she also refined her power.

Talents/Powers: Astral projection, possessing inanimate objects. Traumatic injury forces projection.

Living relatives: Her parents, in hiding somewhere in Europe

Other: Uses a voice changer so that her accent doesn’t help anyone track her down.
