We have a system for that...somewhere.

Basically this: one post = one turn = one minute. During combat phased post generally are pretty short as they are done in one minute bursts from both sides. Everything you do in that post has to be done in a single minute, logically speaking. Thus cool downs need to have minute intervals so that they can't be spammed for the duration of the entire post.

I dunno what that list is for, but I'm not even sure if Yoshino is aware of Asahi's existence. A bit of research would easily tell her that Asahi and Retsu are related. Now if Yoshino turn her eyes on Asahi... Well I suppose it's not the worse thing he'd do.

Well, I kind of thought that, but I was just asking to be sure. BTW, only now that I got back to my PC I noticed that they have cat ears and tails... how cute, lol.
