Question about weapons. I'm guessing that there are different classes of weapons and they range from common to legendary right? Or are there others beyond legendary like "unique" or "ancient"? I feel it's important to clarify how loot works in DGO, since it is an MMO after all

The Black Guild was disbanded due to a supposed internet scandal committed by the Black King at the time. Apparently it was enough to invoke the World Interface's wrath and they kicked him out of DGO permanently. No one knows the details of the supposed scandal though.

No assassinations. Stigma against the Black Guild made it disband.

The Dark Guild, like many things associated with darkness, is often cast to the side and forgotten. At one time, the Styrkers were proud warriors that often clashed with the Ivory Masks regularly in bouts for supremacy. Since the scandal however, those that call themselves "Strykers" now are nothing more than frauds; they generally do anything that doesn’t fit into the above Guilds and/or things that do fit but aren’t recognized as such. Things from assassinations, hacking, and virtual prostitution: things that no self-respecting player would admit to doing, but the Dark Guild still holds a niche in. It is to be noted that the only true member left in the Ebony Stryker is the current Black King, a lone Player. Anyone else claiming to fight for the Black Kingdom should be approached with caution.

So back to the in-game assassination, is this accepted by the community or not?

In-game assassination is fine and accepted. Out of game assassination obviously isn't, which is what these frauds do. They don't get caught because it's kept hidden from a good majority of the community. Think of it like the Deep Web (watch as I get arrested for just mentioning that). In a world where the Sweepers are basically the mafia both in-game and out of the game, it's not impossible for someone to go out of their way to kill a Player in real life.

That reminds me, Reap, do you think that Erika would be friends/acquainted with Yuuki in the Academy? They're similarly aged, and have the same 'don't really care about Deep Ground' shtick, as well as the hobby of 'going out into town for no actual reason' thing.

@AshifiliI could actually see them being best friends now that I've looked over your CS a bit more :3. Though I wonder if she would have told her what her DGO identity is since she really hasn't told anyone her avatar name or appearance. That being said, it'd be cool if Azga and Midnight Soloist worked together on a team without really knowing that they know each other in real life. A berserker and a witch doctor might work well together.

Despite how her Avatar Abilities are named, she’s a Duelist, not a BAHSAKA. XD

I’d imagine that, instead of working together in a team or whatever, it’d be more like…they occasionally use DGO as a place to hang out in. Yuuki sorta just herpderps around in there, and spends more time exploring and chatting and seeing things than actually grinding for EXP. All things considered, I imagine that they’d slowly drift apart as Erika plays DGO more.
