Wait, what are the possible affiliations? I'm seeing people with Crimson Veil(and for those of you who know the origins of my sig would understand the terror of facing off someone using an ability by the same name) and the like, yet nothing in the OP?

The GM is still working out the affiliations. All of them will be mentioned in the OP of the OOC.

All shall be clear in due time, young one. Though that specific one might be dropped, since I'll rebuild Reiko a bit before posting her finished CS.
This is probably going to get nerfed, eh? I'll make it look better after I get home.
“People say I have big balls. I just have lotsa em.” Name: Tsukino Hoshiko Age: 15 Gender: Male Race: Human Chaser Height: 5’2 Weight: 107 lbs Blood Type: B Birthday: April 11 Alignment: Chaotic Good, for Justice shall not be bound. Affiliation: Himself, but he likes to hang out with some other cool people. Aliases/Titles: Thousand Stars, Everybody’s Idol Hoshi Tsuki, Trap-Yaoi-Chan, Turboslut
Personality: Hoshiko is a juxtaposition, a person who holds both the overbearing sexual thirst of a slut and the overwhelming masculinity of a hero. Despite his young age, he talks easily, assuredly of topics such as BDSM and masturbation, and can switch from submissive to dominant on the fly. A capricious lover, his romantic interests change with the movement of the clouds, never bound to a single individual. When it comes to love, Hoshiko gives it a bad, bad name.
And yet, this effeminate boy holds with him the spirit of a hero. Despite his frivolous attitude towards sexual encounters, Hoshiko believes firmly in his own sense of justice, holding determination in his fist as he does what he believes is right. Those that are his friends could expect a loyalty that his lovers cannot, as he sheds blood and sweat to protect and support them.
It is in Hoshiko that one can lose all faith in love, and it is in Hoshiko that one can learn just how far justice will go.
Background: Hoshiko Tsukino was raised up by a promiscuous mother who switched boyfriends more often than she changed his diapers. In such a messy family situation, all he could do as a child was pretend to be a cute, lovely, stable little boy whenever his richer relatives came over, so they would shower him with gifts and love. One particular gift that he liked was BDs of superhero shows, which he would watch over and over again whenever his mom was out, like a drug addict. He was enamored by the idea of friends without benefits, those that would do good things for you even if you didn’t give them a good ol’ dicking.
Various things happened from then on, friendship, sexual experimentation, playground fights, so on and so forth, until the young boy slipped into the Crimson Sky by accident, got his cute little ass saved by a Chaser, and then grew up to be a hero by his own right.
Now he does what he wants, when he wants, and is willing to pay the price in blood to see justice be done. Well, either blood or semen.
Powers: Thousand Stars The power that Hoshiko awoke to when he was exposed to the supernatural world of the Crimson Sky, Thousand Stars is the umbrella term given to the specific type of magic that he possesses. While there’s probably a way to explain this that involves tons of hype generation and chuuni-speak, it’s really just a power that uses the property of Stars, a magical projectile that’s rather simple at a glance.
Stars are the size of a ping pong ball, weigh 10 kilograms, and can be mentally moved at a maximum speed of 150 km/h. By themselves, they are equivalent to a standard Magic Missile spell, but can move in any direction Hoshiko desires.
However, the Thousand Stars gains its moniker from its ability to double the amount of Stars present every thirty seconds, an effect that can quickly spiral into absurb numbers as Stars continue to split and regrow, until they reach a maximum of 9072 Stars. At that point, Hoshiko would have roughly 100 tons of magical material to bury his opponents with. It may not be moving at an impressive speed…but getting hit by a commercial airliner is going to hurt, regardless of how fast its moving.
These Stars can also fuse and divide, either molding with other Stars to create a bigger, singular entity, or to split itself into however small a size Hoshiko desires. 50-kilogram basketball? Sure! Shining, sparkling mist? Sure! Regardless of size, though, the speed of 150 km/h remains the same for these projectiles.
The ability to fuse is something that can be used on object as well, increasing their weight by the same amount of Star-weight that was put into them. Magical properties are also granted to those objects, the effectiveness in proportion to the amount of Stars fused with them. The only person who wouldn’t feel this increase in weight is Hoshiko himself, which has led to some very, very heavy punches. Most people laugh at Hoshiko’s punch, until they realize his shining fist of justice is the same weight as an adult elephant and they get their faces exploded.
Like all magical projectiles and celestial bodies, Stars can explode on will, generating roughly an amount of force and sparkles proportionate to its weight and size. While the immediately obvious thing to do is for Hoshiko to just explode his opponents with sparkly magic stuff, after a Star explodes, it is gone. If he loses his Stars early on, that can greatly impact his damage output later. Of course, when making a dynamic entrance, Hoshiko tends not to think too hard about it, and he’s more than willing to use up Stars to launch him through the air dramatically. Flight with explosions is pretty fun, after all, even if flight while sitting on a giant ball is much easier.
And finally, due to how impossible it is to micromanaged hundreds or thousands of pingpong sized balls, the Stars can be given simple, preset commands. It is through these commands that Hoshiko has developed a whole host of badass named attacks, coincidentally named after ani-songs.
Radiant Force – An incantation that prepares the Thousand Stars. Calls forth 10 Stars into existence. The Stars will always be 10, regardless of how much time passes. Can only attack corporeal targets. Can not fuse or divide.
Radiant Force: Entropy – The incantation that initiates the Thousand Stars. After five minutes, all Stars are destroyed. During those five minutes, all Stars gain their full capacities.
Let the Stars Fall Down – A set amount of Stars rise up into the skies, splitting into 5 2kg pieces. After that, they fall down on the designated area, exploding on impact.
Starry Sky Galaxy Cross – Two sets of Stars divide until they attain a size comparable to dust motes, before spinning in a circle. At wind speeds of 150km/h, this makes it into twin tornadoes, striking at a target at different angles, so that they intersect in a badass-looking cross.
Shining☆Star – A set amount of Stars spin around Hoshiko, creating a glowing dome to ward off attacks. He wears shades while inside the dome, because it sorta hurts his eyes.
Starlog – A set amount of Stars converge onto Hoshiko’s navel, casting a veil of radiance over it, before he pelvically thrusts and they are instantly expelled. This expulsion causes them to take the form of a large, thick pillar, which promptly explodes after reaching its full length. Why is this useful? No one knows.
Last Stardust – All Stars converge onto Hoshiko’s right fist, before half of them explode from behind, propelling him towards his target in a plume of starry fire. Upon impact, the remaining Stars explode from his fist, skewering the target with explosions while Hoshiko makes a dramatic one-liner.
Currently, Hoshiko can maintain the Thousand Stars for five minutes, meaning that he will only be able to stay at his limit for a split second before all the Stars blink out and fade away.
Skills: Heroism – Hoshiko has a taste for doing heroic things heroically. Either that, or anti-heroically. Deception – Hoshiko can be anything you ever wanted…and more. Disease Resistant – Hoshiko is good at not getting sick. STDs? Nani sore? Martial Arts – Hoshiko learned Bai Ji Quan from some old man. It’s been useful, sometimes. Cooking – Who said that girls couldn’t make good sushi? Oh, wait. Singing – Because all my characters must be good singers.
Weapons: Heroes don’t need weapons, unless they come attached with their powers. Thus, Hoshiko doesn’t have weapons, because his powers aren’t linked to any. So yeah. No katana-weebing for him.
Equipment: Condoms Cash Money IPod Nano with, like, 500 songs. Birth Control Pills Gas Mask Unlimited Loli(pop) Works
Other: His time with Master Asia has curbed his thirstiness a little. Just a little Bisexuality is a wonderful thing, but giving guys awkward boners is an even more wonderful thing. Kazanari Tsubasa is best girl, but Tachibana Hibiki is best fist.
@Ashifili Ash I like your cs because your char is probably the youngest, among 1,000 year olds and human really. No offence to everyone else it's just, everyone else, but have any of you ever thought of younger characters and wisdom gained at a young age ?

I, on they other hand like him for another whole set of reasons. Most I can't comment on without giving in to my hentai side, but more than anything else, the anime song powers.

Hey I like that side as well, but also want to mention I'm dead now and I've become a ghost now, still waiting.
