The station layout is as follows:

The two outer rings rotate at 42 degrees on the axis to sustain the artificial gravity. The outer rings provide rooms for the 278 personnel that were required to operate the facilities research. Of those 80 service personnel would be needed to standby if any emergency repairs were needed, cooks, and IT personnel. There were three original science stations was geological, biological, and astrometrics. There were 26 research stations under each department. All working in the outer rings reporting to the central station heads/office.

The station top is central command where it is under the dish array network and various sensitive antenna. here the entire station can be controlled and monitored.

Below that is the AI core.

Next is the core dual fission reactor (yes I'm just spouting junk that sounds cool =p) It powers the whole station and has a half life of 500years at a constant max output.

Below that is lead shielding and a network of various access ducts.

Next is the true center of the station a large machine room allowing the outer rings to tune and the gravity drive.

More shielding to contain the gravity drive.

Medical is next in the line of the central core of the station.

Below that is the engineering room with the heavy lifters and where the shuttle was parked.

Then the bio labs division

Last is the geology scanning and cataloging.

These are the primary levels there are more levels only used for maintenance and not habitable being only two feet high. They contained wiring and air ducts. This eliminated the need for a central shaft that would expose the entire station to a single weakness. This way each section can be closed of in case of a breach in environmental's.
