Hitori's fears were confirmed as the ship was impacted. He Clutched the Ada Doll Close as Siren instictively manifested to create a small enough bubble of Gravity to keep Hitori mostly safe upon impact. He Freaked out when he realized that his new companions were in danger and he had almost no time to react, the ones he could see himself closest to were Cassius and Dren. Within moments he could see as things fell apart to hell as he felt his forehead Gem react to rather powerful magical anomaly near by. He could barely maintain his composure as everything just broke apart and in that instance he felt like he was inside his own head, watching helplessly through a window. As Hitori, Ada, and Siren were tossed around in the sphere they were eventually flung out of the ship and landed fortunately slowly to lighten the impact. The Sphere landed in a tree which broke the structure of the sphere apart, sending Hitori falling off a few branches. The Entire time he clutched Ada tighty.

As he started to gain more of his cognitive process back he could feel the soreness from his fall and looked at the wreckage around them. He observed the Mist and felt oddly perturbed by it. As he surveyed his environment he did spot Cassius who did indeed look a bit worse for wear but not terribly so. He Sniffed the air, This fog wasn't a normal fog, the place was making his Gem react like crazy, sending his sense on edge. He dismissed Siren as her body dissolved into vapor in the fog, calling forth his Scythe incase something were to happen. Ada climbed onto Hitori's shoulders to keep an extra eye out.

“Well this will be a first time I crash while being tied to something...” Wylde said as the ship seemingly decided it had enough of them on it and now wanted to crash and take all the little people with it. Hey who knew, maybe it really wanted to do that! She quickly found the closest sturdy thing to hold onto and held like her life depended on it. Dying in a airship crash, was not on her list of things to do! She still had people to defeat!

As the impact ended and the sound and dust settled down, they finally found themselves to a halt as the ship seemingly stopped. THEY WERE ALIVE! 'Holy oglops we survived!' Wylde screamed in her mind as she slowly untied herself from Karn's whip.

“WE LIVE!” She replied to the feline woman and quickly stood up as much as she can considering the ship seemed tilted to the side. There was also a very distinct noise that she had a bad feeling about.” We landed quite softly... maybe in water or a swamp...” She said as she moved a few steps towards Karn.

As the the demi human confirmed her feeling about why the crash was so soft, Wylde quickly prepared to escape the sinking hold. Now that her leg muscles were more relaxed and the crash had induced some good old adrenaline, she quickly jumped onto the rope and pulled herself up and out of the cargo hold.

” Dammit people, this is the last time I use you guys to travel.” She said with a laugh after escaping the cargo hold."Next time... I walk. Yeah..."

Cassius condition was less than acceptable; from what he could see, there was bleeding at the left shoulder. There was a piece of shrapnel from the pipes in the cut; removing the piece should be met with disinfection solution, as well as possibly some form of healing art. Though a potion of a sort may as well be handy. The boy however was unconscious for the most part. Though there was some form of twitching, as if struggling to regaining consciousness.

"You must get up master." Ifrit's voice bellowed in his head.

Blank however was mostly unscathed, minus a cut across his legs. "Guess she was right about saying I should be wearing clothes..." He recalled what Karn previously stated before. He did however reach for his Communication box... To his dismay, it was crumpled and destroyed. He let out an exasperated sigh as he stood out of a bush to see Cassius collapsed under a tree. "You'd think a Ninja would flip out of such a situation..." Out on instinct, he found himself walking over to Cassius, kneeling down.

"I wonder what he looks like..." Blank thought aloud as he removed the helmet carefully.
Despite the crash, his head and face were fine. Blank touched his scalp to see if he could find any bleeding, and to his relief, nothing.
He grinned slightly. "Good news. Just a shoulder cut. But... I thought Karn said you were a boy..." He observed his face...

"Perhaps because I am... Though I know from a certain angle I can look like a girl." Cassius blinked as he shot him a cold look.
"So, he breaths and talks. And confirms what I dislike to hear..."
"Sorry, guess no date for you after all this." Cassius retorted.
"Guess I'll have a pity party..." Blank frowned playfully. Laughter was the best medicine... Unless it jingled the material impaled in the flesh.

"Riight... You going to help me up, or ogle me all night?" Cassius tried to sit up, but immediately felt himself dunking back onto his back... He was wincing in pain from the shoulder injury.

"Yeesh. Really are a glorified princess. Can't stand on your own two feet without anyone having to hold your hand." Blank watched with slight pity to the man's situation.

"Can you shut your mouth for a minute?" Cassius seemed... not just pained, but aggravated.
"Whoa... But... three seconds and counting..." Blank blinked under the cloth over his eyes.
"Wow, the Tantalus scoundrels who mocks me knows math... I guess I really under estimated you..." Cassius joked... Blank could tell, but it did somewhat hit him deep.

"Right... To the point..." Cassius thought aloud before taking a breath.
"Can you seek the mage out and Hitori?" Cassius requested.

"Well... they are right here...And... how did you know one was a mage?" Blank tilted his head.
"Vision is something some are gifted with; the insight to see things before they happen. Sometimes to see things after they happened, yet with no consciousness of being there..." Cassius found himself taking a breath as he pushed onto a log, trying to pull himself into a sitting position against it.

Blank nodded... Lumyians sure were strange to him.
He waved to the two to come near.

Meanwhile...

Karn's situation was about to get worse... As the Engineers were pulled from the sinking wreckage, going as far to carry all they could... They found themselves greeted by wildlife... A Mythical Trio of Goblins stood ready, holding sharp steel in their hands as they drew near... They wore green trousers with violet vest. Their Orange Skin was complemented by their mutton chops. "Kill and loot! Steal and slay!" they yelled out. Their voices seemed annoying high pitched.

The feline continued helping others up top, reaching her hand out as Wylde came up. Grabbing the woman's arm and pulling her up with a slight smirk. "Awe, but we are much more exciting then walking." she answered before looking down at the squirrel Demi-Human named Randy. "Come on Squirrel boy, get outta there too. If you can, carry up something useful." Karn instructed before her ears perked up straight as she heard a slight rustle, whipping her head around to see a trio of goblins. Glowing emerald gaze narrowing, she stood and got into a stance, feet moving quickly in place.

"Great, not five minutes in the Evil Forest and already the wildlife wants to gobble us up." The Feline Demi-Human said before glancing to the crew. "Everyone, continue evacuating while I distract our welcoming party. Anyone hurt, stay away from the squeaky oompa loopa. Wild Card, if you are up to it, wouldn't mind a little help taking these thieves out. Only one stealing around here is me. And a cat is much better at it then a noisy pitchy gobby." Karn instructed with a grin, glancing to Wylde before zipping foreword. Leaping in the air and stretching out her right leg to aim a kick at the middle goblin before bending her body so it was horizontal. Landing on the outstretched foot while she spun her left leg to attempt hit against the other two goblins.

Randy was somewhat more relaxed as everyone else or at least the engineers had made their way out of the cargo area. Which, he would rather not want to stick around too much longer mostly because of the sinking feeling was quite bothersome and worrying. Having waited or thought he had been waiting long enough he moved to follow after the others who were exiting. Still feeling numb in certain areas because of the previous impact against a wall of the cargo area. Being called ‘squirrel boy’ was not really appreciated. A little irritating, perhaps because it already seemed like a bad day. Seeing as his arms were full and the fact it seemed a bit more dangerous and out of the way to grab something else. The others had already seemed to grab a few loads on their way out. He instead simply went to and pulled himself out of the wreckage as well.

Upon climbing out of the wreckage it seems that a few goblins were ahead, with weapons. Definitely not one the best days around it seems. Not that it seemed like he could do much about it besides watch the chaos unfold in front of him. It seemed someone was off to deal with them for the moment so what did it matter? Randy simply continued on as whomever did combat with the said goblins. He tried to join up with the other engineers. It felt now was a time for pulling out a deck of cards or something while someone sets up a campfire. Neither of which he felt capable of doing.

He would, rather not look back at the sinking scene behind him. It seemed either moving forward or finding others was the best bet or waiting for the others to regroup here would work. Seeing as the goblins were being dealt with and the other engineers had supplies and so on to take care of, waiting here would probably be better if only for a little while.

Dren managed to walk at least 20 paces before he found a more open area. Figuring he could use it to find an easy way to civilization if he teleported up a tree, he stepped out into the open.

...and he stumbled right upon the terrorists. Or what was left of them anyway. And one of them was waving him over.

"Codswallop..." Dren muttered under his breath. Literally he couldn't have asked for worse luck if he wanted to... well, there wasn't much use in running now, was there? With their numbers they'd probably catch up to him if he tried to flee from them... just when he thought he might be able to save face. He could see the fellow who'd offered him a job amidst them too... well at least he'd survived. The only person here he could put any semblance of trust into. He sighed and began approaching them, cane swishing amidst the grass of the woods.

"Glad to see you survived." he said to the group as he approached. Technically he wasn't lying.

“Say that again when you meet a dragon while walking!” Wylde replied as she took a few deep breaths and also noticed the goblins. She quickly pulled her rapier from it’s sheath and took a fighting stance.” Well… it’s called Evil Forest for a reason you know, it would have been strange if it was full of things wanting to help us.”

As Karn rushed to kick the goblins, Wylde’s muscles tensed for a moment before she too rushed forward with great speed, her rapier pointed directly at the neck of the goblin at the right.” I’m just slightly disappointed… goblins are too weak for a real challenge…” Wylde said with a sigh. After that she immediately followed the first attack with a flurry of many more stabs as she wanted to turn the goblin into cheese.

“But in all seriousness… I’ve heard there are supposed to be stronger monsters here. We should be careful, considering the people how aren’t fighters.” She said, throwing a look around. If nothing else, this was going to turn into a good warm up at least.

Hitori rushed toward Cassius and knelt down to him, examining his injury with his Gem and seeing the Bits of shrapnel embedded into him. He sighed as his large claw-like hands began to glow Green "I can fix you but It's going to hurt a lot. It will hurt worse if it goes untreated and gets infected though so please bare with me." He Touched Cassius' wound and it glowed the same green as his hands.

The Blood was disappearing as Small Emerald Green Vines protruded from Cassius' flesh, each with a pieces of shrapnel wrapped in their tendrils which they tossed to the side. The Vines began to secrete a greenish liquid that dissolved them and began to seal and heal the wound they grew from, knitting flesh and bone back to where they should be. Hitori then touched the ground and a Small Purple Flower bloomed, he plucked it and began grinding it in his palms to produce a paste. He took the Purple-green paste and began to Rub it on the healing wound, "This will help numb the pain." He said to Cassius before his ears perked up at the sound of intruders.

He turned, Snarling and brandishing his Scythe, and Noticed the Goblin troops. Hitori dislike Goblins; they were loud, obnoxious, and they would wreck everything they got their grubby little hands on and then start breeding like Rabbits till the area was full of more of their kind and they would start cannibalizing each other to start the process all over again. Absolutely Disgusting....

With a Burst of Speed Hitori turned his Scythe like a hellish Windmill as he rushed toward the Goblins, cutting down as many as he could. It seemed futile though, for each goblin he slayed another one would just pop out of nowhere and take its place. Hitori was beginning to lose their temper and didn't want to let their more violent natures out like this......but the intoxicating smell of freshly slain. Their Blood must be Sweet and their livers would just go to waste.....Maybe a little taste wouldn't hurt. As he sliced into another Goblin he Reached deep into it and removed a plump liver. His Jaw Distended and he swallowed it whole. His Eyes in that moment seemed to blaze with renewed Vigor as he kept going after more an more Goblins, eager to cut them to bits.

"You idiot!" Dren shouted at Hitori, seeing him rip the shrapnel out of his 'employers' shoulder. "You take it out that harshly, you'll make the wound bigger!" He shook his head as he knelt before him and did a brief check over the wound. Well the paste stuff would at least cover it, but it was still going to hurt like hell. He frisked a hand inside his cloak and took out a bell shaped bottle and uncorked it, pressing it into the wounded man's hands. "Here, just hold your nose when you drink this. It'll help close up the wound."

With that matter dealt with, Dren became aware of the goblin horde encroaching on them. He could see his supposed ally boring into them but there were a number slipping through the cracks and headed for them. Dren stood and held his cane in one hand, intent to fight. Perhaps just to protect his own life or the life of the man he's just attempted to help... who cared at this point? There was work to be done. He raised his cane up as the three brass stars lit up and the head hummed with magical energy.

"Blizzara." He muttered as his cane struck the ground and a sheet of ice descended upon the goblins, striking many, even freezing some to the spot. Dren kept a defensive position in front of the others, slinging further spells at the encroaching force to keep them back, picking off whatever stragglers didn't get mangled by his... frankly monstrous associate.

Cassius was happy to see Dren unharmed when he approached. "It is good to see you well. And... Comforting to see you come back." There was a slight smile forming at his lips. "Can you help me... deal with this wound...?"

Before his question could fully get across to Dren, Hitori was on the prowl as he saw the slender being with his abnormally long limbs staring down at him. And to his surprise, he was the first to give him any full on medical treatment... And Cassius screamed out in Pain."A...ah.... Aghhhh!" He twitched his head left and right as he felt the vines invading his shoulder to get the pieces of shrapnel out. Tears were forming from the intense pain... Sure, it was just magic... But why was it being used to be do something so painful...?

"You're strong... There is no greater honor than expression. If you are pained, wear it well, if you're angered, wear it well. Your wrath will be the undoing of those that stand in opposition." Ifrit formed in his mind, there was... a sinister grin... Maybe it was due to the bestial nature of his imagination, maybe that is what limited his expression. But to him, Ifrit felt like a wrathful being... Just what sort of pact was he bound to...?

As the healing procedure was open, he was breathing in and out. There was a type of salve Hitori applied before turning to face an encroaching danger. "It...Was my fault... Wasn't it? If... I was quiet those... THINGS would not be here..." He shook his head as he saw Blank frown down at his pain. He drew his sword as he stayed at his side, lifting him to his feet, Cassius' right arm around Blank's shoulder where Dren handed him a healing potion of a sort. Though the potency was unknown, he decided to take his word and place his trust in his product. He took a breath as he slammed the opening to the cylinder to his lips, raising it to the sky with a tilt of his head. Truth be told... It wasn't the worst flavor in the world... But there were more ideal ones he rather be dealing with.

"Thank you..." Cassius took a breath.
"Don't think them yet, we are not out of the woods..." Blank readied his blade with his right hand as he saw the Goblins prowling around in a primal like fashion, crawling to the ground, throwing all their weight to move forward at Blank. Fortunately for Blank, he knew his way around a sword. Effortlessly, Blank beheaded the said primitive being.

Cassius did take note of Dren's powerful White Frost that crushed a great many Goblins.
"Hey, Ninja, I need you to make a choice, Left, or right... Going straight is completely suicide. And Back is just a wall for us to be trapped..." Blank spoke as he watched the wildlife drawing near.

To the left... Was a more inwards passage through the trees, it seemed almost like a system. Where to the right was just darkness...
Where to Karn's right was a similar set of passage way system based on how the trees were lined up...

"We go left..." Cassius spoke as he felt the effects of the many healing effects stacking up... He picked his helmet up as he somewhat moved on his toes. "Boooys. We are going to the left."

In Karn's position, she handled the battle swiftly, and effectively with the Ex Soldier... But unfortunately for Randy and the Engineers, the Goblins were surrounding them. This would not be good if they didn't act fast...

On the Bridge, there was a recovering Garnet sitting up with Baku...

It seemed like the goblins were no threat for a while. Seeing as multiple people were already working on that threat of sorts. Randy wondered if anyone had cards with them at this moment, it would be quite handy to help pass the time. Perhaps a crate or box or something with a flat surface could be used as a table. Hell, if someone grabbed an actual table from the cargo or something like that there would be an actual table around. There was a choked down chuckle as there was a brief image of some sort of weird tea party out here in the middle of the forest after the crash. That did sound like a good idea, if only he could actually relax and sit down. He doubted he would be able to get up again, or would want to. Certain places, still having a numbness for the moment but some aching and slight wobbling was starting to kick in. There was a bit of a thought from the previous fantasy of a tea party in the middle of the woods along with a card game with goblins. There was a large doubt that a good poker face would be achieved perhaps it would be best to go with Black Jack.

The day dreams did not quite quit as more goblins came around and began surrounding the whole lot of engineers, including Randy himself. Briefly thinking that if some good actors got together, perhaps they could be a distraction. Either that, or a terrible performance would occur again and a bunch of holes would be poked through them. He proceeded to curse somewhere in the back of his mind. Cheeks puffing up briefly before blowing out some hot air. Perhaps it was time to think of something to get around or out of the scenario. The mechanics surely would be able to handle the goblins, since most of them or some of them had been able to cling to something. No point poking and hunting down that white devil whale. Then again, to what expense would it cost if no one did? Standing idle was surely relaxing while it lasted, but it was coming to an end eventually. Worst comes to worst, he would be the crazy guy that tried to defy and got dragged down to the depths. Now wouldn’t that be a wonder? Besides even at the worst it should be enough to distract. If only he could dance instead.

“Might as bloody well..” Randy muttered and puffed out some hot air again. Perhaps, it would be best to simply, dream and do it within the dream and here. He was going to end up on a stick and looking stupid, wasn’t he? Ah well, he likely needed something quick to get through all this and what he was currently holding, would be useless as a weapon in speed and small reach. So what would be his weapon, clearly his armor was low graded leather (in the fantasy) but it would have to do in this final fantasy or, perhaps not if he was lucky enough to imagine a better piece of armor within the next few seconds. So, the large wrench from thus forth became a shield. There was only one other thing Randy could use as a weapon, his sword or replacement for it, or even better yet, a war hammer! Now that sounded like the weapon of some crazy person that would wipe out armies, it would do. He drew out the strong war hammer of thunder waving destruction (Which was really just a mallet that was pulled out of the fanny pack).

He held the wrench extended out in front of it so that its length would hopefully hold off some goblins and attacks that would come in front of him and held the mallet tightly at his side. The first step caused his lower legs to shake and sent up a small surge of pain up toward those certain areas giving off a brief wince. He bit down on his lower lip. “Fudge! Charge!” He shouted both in his mind and out loud. It felt like something in the back of the fantasy wrapping into his perspective of reality had pushed him and it out. As he immediately began rushing out at all the goblins, coming out swinging. Using the shield to try and ram them all while using the ‘War hammer of thunder waving destruction’ to whack at the goblins with quick speedy delivery, mostly aimed toward their skulls but not being heavily accurate.

"It's almost like you want to be gobblin'd up by the worst this forest can offer. Ya know there are plenty of rumors that say there are plant monsters in this forest that love to capture pretty maidens like you." Karn smirked as she landed gracefully as they finished off the goblins before glancing back to the others to see more goblins. "Quite a bit of the crew know how to fight. Got the basics at least. But most of the fighting is up to Baku, me, Blank, Marcus and sometimes Cinna." she answered, seeing the Squirrel Demi-Human seem to launch into battle against the horde of opponents. Suppose it was about time he got somewhat involved. It was a little odd seeing this many goblins at once, but it was the Evil Forest and they sort of made a loud entrance.

"Hercule. Give me a speed boost." Karn said before bolting. She could hear her familiar growl before electricity sparked over her body, increasing her speed as she bolted to the others. Jumping and drop kicking at a few goblins, before unleashing rapid punches to opponents near her or her allies.

"Hope everyone else is having a better time."
She muttered, the feline trying to punch and kick goblins away from her crewmates in order for them to continue evacuating the sinking ship.

“Heh… I would love the challenge. I’ve fought a lot of things while wandering the lands.” Wylde replied, as her rapier pierced another goblin’s throat with lightning fast speed.” I doubt these plants will be stronger than that dragon looking thing I once faced… granted I didn’t beat it, but we managed to fight each other to a standstill and finally we retreated when my group arrived back then.” She added as she swing her rapier to the side, causing all the blood on it to leave the blade and splash across the grass.

“Aghh… these are some huge numbers they have for goblins…” The duelist mumbled as she noticed the workers behind them being surrounded as the big demi human started also fighting with a mallet and a big wrench. She shook her head in slight annoyance at what she was about to do.

“Naisha, Ice cage and Frost Lance!” Wylde commanded as a human sized cold mist appeared behind her and her familiar appeared. It looked like a woman… a woman with very self confident and a little bit arrogant expression. She waved her hand as spears of ice burst from the ground at the goblins some goblins.

Then for the second command ice shards began swirling around Wylde’s rapier with which she quickly started stabbing more goblins. The swirling ice shards were quite longer than her rapier and since they were magic it didn’t weight any, so she had a lot longer reach than normal.

“We can cut a path through the goblins, we just need to decide in which direction we will head.” Wylde said to the rest, looking around. The forest was limiting vision, but she could see where the other part of the ship chrashed.” There?”

Hitori was lost in his frenzy, slaying Goblin after goblin and devouring what livers he could find. He couldn't remember the last time he had indulged in such a glorious feast and let go of his inhibitions in such a way. He however was pulled out of his Frenzy by something off. The Goblins seemed to be retreating, not from their numbers being depleted but by something that was far worse and set Hitori on Edge. He dropped his Scythe and sniffed the air before realizing that he knew all too well what was coming. He pulled out Ada and told him to go and Warn the Others that something bad was about to happen.

In the distance of the dense forest Hitori had realized he couldn't see too far because of a thick Mist that had began to roll in, this was not good at all. He grabbed his scythe, "Everyone we need to leave post haste! Mist is Rolling in!" Hitori shouted frantically as he began to high tail it in the opposite direction.

Dren continued slinging his ice magic, seeing as it was pretty effective against the goblins, freezing them many a time and cracking their frail bodies into bloody ice pops. He caught wind of the berserk being with the scythe was shouting at them to get moving... and then promptly left them. Even through this mist, Dren could see his fleeing form. The utter nerve would've made Dren bluster and blather were he not mid combat.

Dren spied the other two fellows nearby. With the one injured, they'd need a little extra backup... as much as he didn't want to be here. With the aid of a few quick teleports, he passed the remaining Goblins and turned up at Cas' side, covering their backs with spells as they continued to move toward the left.

"What the bloody hell is causing this mist? This doesn't seem natural!" Dren was no stranger to spells, obviously, but causing mist... seemed too specific to be a spell targeted at them. Could it perhaps be an after effect of some vile forest dweller? Even he was unsure.

The Doll practically glided across the ground with supernatural speed. It slammed into Karn and flailed it's arms.
"Mist draws near girl! Move your group away from it, far away!" It's voice invaded her mind. The voice projected was that of a gentlemanly person. It flailed as it began to rest upon her shoulder like a Parrot.

Meanwhile, Cassius lead the group away from the encroaching Danger as they were approaching the crash sight.
Garnet was with Baku outside of the wreckage fighting with what looked like wolves, but there was something different about them... There was a draft from them... the kind that sent shivers down one's spine. Their violet eyes peering at Garnet, Baku holding a large axe in his hands, taking a mighty horizontal swing, sending it into the wreckage where the very wood would impale it.

Garnet held her hands together. "Roar of the Earth..." There was a sandy colored energy surrounding her in a ring, the ring had one layer, this indicated it was a level one spell out of four; These Rings were Dubbed "Circuits". Within a mere moment, what appeared to be three steaks of earth slammed into a wolf like creature. She huffed as it was sent into the ground, somewhat fading with it's pooling blood. "That was a close call..." She muttered.

"Close she says..." Blank spoke up with a chuckle. Cassius walking ahead of him to meet Garnet.

"Seems you are well. As are you." Cassius' eyes went from Garnet to Baku.
"It is nice to see you all survived as well. Where is the fox? Hitori, and the others?" Garnet tilted her head, looking innocently as concern was brimming in her eyes.

"They are alive, but separated." Cassius spoke flatly.

"How can y'ah tell lad?" Baku adjusted his goggles, swaying over with swagger as he held his gilded Axe, dragging it at his right side, cracking his neck with a slight tilt; tension being blatantly visible in his neck.

"Garnet can feel it... AS does Dren..." Cassius smirked, feeling Ifrit chuckle.
"What do you mean...?" Garnet tilted her head the other way, crossing her arms in slight frustration out of the lack of a straight answer.

"Master,it is clear she is new to her power. Perhaps explaining the Pulse; the echo..." Ifrit chuckled in Cassius' mind.

"The pulse you feel from several directions? That is life, and Familiars. Anyone bonded with one gives off a pulse that is more... louder than others. You by habit will sense life, and in what direction it is in at a radius... A... Distance around you. Though you cannot sense say... a weakness to exact level of life...Usually the frequency of the pulse indicates some form of... Condition." Cassius tried to elaborate as best as he could.

Garnet nodded. "Explain further... I wish to be rid of this place, but I prefer knowledge that can help me as well."

"So... Those pulse you feel? Life. The thicker ones that double in beat? Wielders of Familiars. Even know, your eyes are opening more to the world around you..." Cassius chuckled slightly. "These two are deaf to what we hear." Cassius looked to Baku and Blank. "Granted... you have to willingly expand your horizons to be the same intensity as others... I... Am more open minded to reason and logic of the Arcane... Despite my natural inept nature... But I can read magic... This... 'Ifrit', simply opens my eyes... But let us not dally." Cassius waved his arm, as if ordering them to move out.

Randy successfully hit the Goblin at such a force, it did not just die, it's head caved in, eye popping out of it's socket, just dangling... The Creatures that tainted Nature loved this sense of Malice... Just then, a Giant Plant descended down onto Randy, gripping it with it's vines, placing it in it's bulbous forehead... It's head acting as petals that closed at the top, creating a tip that held Randy in... It looked to Karn with it's massive mouth that lied under Randy, a grin of malice forming as if it gestured for a challenge. Its vines whipping other engineers to the side, many of which were screaming in frenzy.

Karn kicked a Goblin in the face, launching it against another as she tried clearing a path for her crewmates before jumping a bit as a Doll seemed to slam into her. In which she reflexively grabbed with her left hand, emerald gaze blinking as she stared at it. Feline ears perking a bit as words not her own seemed to enter her mind, she clicked her tongue and released her hold. Allowing the doll to mount her shoulder. Mist already? Perhaps this forest really was not happy of their intrusion. Either way, she knew they'd had to get out as soon as possible. The Evil Forest had quite the reputation, and she didn't really want to hang around just to see if the stories were true.

Sniffing the air with ears perked, she tsked and looked to the Ex-Soldier at her words. Scanning the area, she quickly tried to think of the best course of action. If the mist was rolling in then they'd really have to book it away. They could head to the rest of the ship but that would cause a delay in course. She was worried for the others, but she could only hope they could handle it and know they need to go too. Sniffing the air, she tried to find source of fresher cleaner air compared to this forest. Spotting the passageway, her nose twitched and pointed.

"No time. Head through that small passageway everyone! Mist rolling in and we need to book it!" The feline Demi-Human shouted before raising her fists as a plant monster came down and grabbed onto Randy. Eyes narrowing at the malice the creature seemed to ooze from its body, she held her fighting stance.

"Everyone quit screaming and keep your head! Marcus! Cinna! Round up everyone and get going!" Karn instructed to the others as she bolted, leaping and moving to slam her foot against the plant monster's vines that tried to wildly smash into the group.

"What about the Boss and the others?" Cinna pointed out as he whacked a goblin aside with his hammer.

"Boss can take care of himself. With any luck, the Princess is with him. They'll make it. And he'd call you idiots if you stand around freaking out. Now go. I'll help Randy." Karn said, watching the others bolt before she looked to the plant and bolted with increased speed thanks to Hercule. Charging at full speed to the monster, she pulled her right fist back and made to punch just as she reached it. Making to rapidly punch it in the face, both fists flying in impressive speed. Before moving to kick it in the face and push off it to flip backwards and away from it to try and avoid a attack. But was soon already charging for another round of assault.

"Sorry buddy, but can't let you eat my crewmates today." she smirked.

Not everyone were great fighters, Marcus and Cinna were pretty good so hopefully they could deter monsters enough for them to make a run for it. They didn't have time to slice through every monster. Hopefully they'd run into the others. She couldn't risk everyone's safety in a attempt to free Randy, but she wasn't going to abandon him either.

Dren was thankful for a little respite after such quick spell slinging, taking a moment to wipe his brow and slip his hand back over the ball of his cane, more appropriate for walking, as that's what they'd be doing. When they found the other survivor, Dren felt ready to spring up and help her... and then, much to his surprise, she dealt with the threat with little effort. His brows raised, impressed with her actions... this young lady was far tougher than she looked, he remarked in his head.

The fellow's remark made him introspective for a moment, briefly glancing up at the brim of his top hat. Yes indeed, he bore a familiar of his own. And considering the intense strength the young lady, or Garnet, just showed, it was clear she had one too... in fact, now that attention had been brought to it, Dren could feel it... the pulse... a distinct heartbeat dissimilar from his own, but all the more missable without focusing on it...

"Fascinating." he remarked, scratching his chin. "If there are three of us that can locate this pulse, we'll be able to locate the others with relative ease. Of course, getting to them will be our issue." He continued to say, keeping to the left side of the group for protection, turning over ideas in his head that now buzzed like a swarm of bees.

“Blunt physical attacks aren't good against such monsters...” Wylde suddenly said as she also dashed next to Karn and with a simple flicker of her arm she stabbed the creature a great number of times, leaving pieces of the ice lance inside it. Such actions usually hindered any creature wounded like that, due the fact that the incredibly cold shards of ice would cool down and nearly freeze flesh or anything they touch really. Making movement hard and sluggish. It didn't matter this thing was a plant... planets also were sensitive to frost!

After the initial attack, the ex-soldier pulled back also, her feet dragging on the ground as she landed from her backwards jump. The ice around her rapier was gone as all of it went into each of the attacks she gave to the plant monster.” I can make a hole through those petals on the top...” She said, looking at the creature.” You think, you can pull your shipmate fast enough if I create an opening?” Wylde asked, throwing a look at her own familiar... She was going to have to pull out everything she had so they can also start to flee the impending upon them mist.

“Naisha, Frost lance!” She called again as the ice once more started forming around the rapier.

Randy was somewhat surprised with the result of killing the goblin creature. Rather having expected himself to die or perhaps be stabbed by the various goblins that were around. It was oddly a mixture of sickening and empowering of a sight in that it had actually succeeded. There was a mixture of wanting to cheer briefly and wanting to topple over in nausea. Seems like he would not get to do either.

Instead he was captured by a random giant plant that fell down onto him. Vines gripping onto him and holding him it seemed before placing him inside a large bulb. Which of course the only clear options to do was to either fight against or stay still and wait for who knows what. There was a brief curse at himself brought up in his head.

Fighting again it was. He was beginning to feel rather sick of it or perhaps just some remaining nausea from seeing the results of the kill earlier. He tried pushing out with the wrench (holding it out horizontal to himself) he had at some of the petals surrounding him in order to try and force them away from the rest. In order to create an exit of some sort. If it was only opened somewhat at first there was seemingly the chance to try to hold the opening in some manner and force it open further.
