Eclipse had shielded himself just in time as his physical form was swatted into a large stone wall. The wall cracked and tumbled over on itself where the angel-demigod had crashed into it, but Eclipse was fairly unscathed. No soon had he recovered himself than Saito was on him, trying to kill him. Standing tall, his eyes taking on a white glow, Eclipse drew his sword and used it defensively. Against his magic shield and sword-casted forcewaves, Saito didn't get to him, but given enough time, he was bound to defeat Eclipse's defenses. Eclipse parried and deflected as much as he could, but didn't yet attack Saito. Winds beat at him from left and right but he managed to stay on his feet. As Saito paused in his attacks to consider the presence of the Necron, Eclipse still did not attack, but instead closed his hands together over his grip in front of his chest and let his sword point skyward. he was making his point without words. Even then, some Necron shot off Saito's leg and the wounded champion was scooped up and carried off. Even if Eclipse would have aided him, Kiyoki took him away too quickly. There wasn't a lot of time for discussion.
Turning his attention to the oncoming invasion of death, Eclipse knew there was little hope of saving the world. The world's dominant power, although fairly ignoble, was currently fleeing for his life alongside his allies. The only hope in sight was the only other powerful being Eclipse had seen, the red-robed man.
Tiny screamed like a little girl and ran to grab Eclipse. Alas, not even Tiny could begin a fight with the Necrons, but perhaps escape would still be possible for some. Eclipse used his magic to protect the immediate company until Tiny could get them teleported. In doing so, he lamented. "Is there truly nothing more I can do?"

From his perch on the spire of a very tall building, Mithias glanced down at the red robotic figure that had appeared near him. He sensed something from it, some kind of an aura, something impartial and random, but to him it did not register as 'evil,' per se. Mithias shifted and stuck out a leg as he got comfortable facing the new being. "Looks like the universe is falling apart." He gestured. "Portals are opening up everywhere these days. Hello. Oh, and by the way, watch your step." Mithias pointed to the edge of the rooftop where there was quite a fall into darkness below. It was also just a bit windy up here.
