Ixonia did a graceful bow before going back to her honey mead. She had an enjoyable exercise and was glad that she had given an old performance again but out of pure fun. She sat back down at the bar for a few minutes to catch her breath, to drink and to think of what else she wanted to do that night. She was nibbling on a pretzel in deep thought as she sat there. She could bring out her harmonium to play....

"Ha." Clay chuckled at the pixie.
"So what brings you here?" He asks while still bustling around the bar and serving other people.

@Wick Everything comes to a pause when Valyna came to question him.
"Hey doll, Not for a few hours but I think I deserve a break right about now, wanna tell me the rest of the story about your crappy day?"

Clay chucks down the dish cloth and gives her a smile, eagerly awaiting for an excuse to get out of the bar for a while.

@timelord1101 Without reply Clay twits his head and cups his mouth, "ALEX!" He shouts up the stair way. "Cover the bar for me babe!? Need a break."
He wasn't sure where he stood with Alex at the moment, he was a bit harsh in their last encounter and they hadn't crossed paths since.
But this was work, someone had to man the bar.

"Can I get something -tender? A vodka or something with flavor. " Jet said speaking up from where she sat. She had returned to her previous form. Keeping noise at bay to just fade into the very quiet crowd. But she did have a craving for what she came here for. That and some other things but she could get those later.

Alex felt his presence long before she saw him or even smelt him. 'Clay...' She almost wanted to smile, or send a nice greeting his way, but she saw how deliberate his avoidance was. She decided to match that.

Coming down the stairs after showing Liz to a room that would hopefully be to her liking, Alex pulled her cigarettes from her pocket. A sound, distinguishable to her, echoes across the main floor to the doorway.

"ALEX." Shit... "Cover the bar for me babe!? Need a break."

"Sure.." She took a place behind the bar and grabbed a whiskey bottle. "It's gonna be a long night."

@WickClay whips up one more drink, a cosmopolitan with freshly squeezed lime. He gives Valyna a little raised eyebrow and corner smile as he playfully shows off preparing the drink.
@pineappletumble "Hey little guy. Can you do me a quick favour?" He asks the pixie while nodding towards a woman seated nearby, blended into the crowd. "Take this drink to her." @Song Book

@timelord1101 The bar was tight for two, Clay watched Alex enter and swipe up one of his favourite bottles, he could smell the cigaret in her hand and it gave him cravings. Despite the closed space Clay moved closer then necessary as he passed Alex, front to front. He stopped before her, "about before." He whispered. He glimpsed into her eyes for a moment but not too long as to get caught. "We ok?" He finally asks.

Tic took a moment to realise he was still staring at the Performer even after she had bowed and gone back to her drink, the bartender pulled him out of his gawking quickly shaking his head he hoped he hadn't been noticed just yet. He caught a few words So, you and here and he was about to attempt and answer when he was cut off by the same tender calling who he had assumed was the bouncer.

Eye's visibly twitching at the mention of little Tic took the drink handed off to him, better not start something here. Taking the drink from the counter in one hand and whiskey bottle tucked under the other he carefully made his way down from the seat, you spill you buy after all. Navigating the floor with some ease Tic found his way to the booth with the admittedly plain girl, getting up into the opposite seat he slit her drink over to her.
"You order this?"

[Rusalka]

It had felt like....well, actually it had been a long time since she saw a bed, let alone a nice room such as this.

She was soon settled into the cozy abode, sitting cross legged and barefoot at the foot of the bed, her beat up acoustic sitting in her lap. She strummed her guitar softly with her pick, her fingers gracefully moving up the frets and playing every chord precisely, closing her eyes and singing to herself, letting the music take her...elsewhere...

And with a last, resonating strum of the strings, her last lyric sung, she sighed and set her guitar aside.

"We Ok?" The words echoed in Alex's head. She didn't know. She wasn't sure that she wanted to be okay with him again. She couldn't take it. The pain of him or what she experienced that night. It was like a nightmare and she was doing all she could to forget it.

She pretended not to hear him, going about cleaning the counters with a rag and hoping that he would just forget about talking to her. Knowing his stubborn nature however, she knew that something would come along later, if not now.

Valyna smiled and asked him, "How much time do you have?"

'Fine.' Clays thought was clear and loud, it rumbled in his head like a growl. He didn't know if Alex could hear it or not, he didn't really care. 'Don't notice me then!' Spite lingered on his next actions like a malicious punishment.

With a hop he slid over the bar, firmly taking Valyna's hand in hers he gave her that devilish playful smile as his eyes bore into hers. "As long as you need."

Clay slaps the bar with a loud 'thud'. "Be back, soonish." He says in a mischievous tone filled with undertones of insinuation.

Hastily he drags Valyna by her hand out of the taverns large wooden doors into the cool air of the oncoming night as it began to chase away the light of day.

As the doors close the music from one of the rooms and all the hustle and bustle is shut out. Clay turns to Valyna.

"Soooo...?"

Valyna ignores her inner voice that is telling her to be cautious, and she leans forwards and kisses him deeply. When she feels his response she pulls back and asks. "Where?"

Alex felt her blood boiling with rage as he yelled in her head. He has no place to be angry at me, after what he did, he should be running from her with his tail tucked between his legs. 'Fiinee,' she mocked in her head. Be like that. See if I care...

She watched him leave with that witch. Literally. She wasn't angry at that. As a matter of fact, Alex didn't care if he slept with every girl that came through the Nameless. She just wished for an apology. A REAL one.

She got to work, cleaning the glasses and setting up the bottles for the patrons choosing. Even though things were a mess around here lateley, we couldn't afford to have the place looking like a disaster.

While Alex was busy cleaning up the bar, she heard an enchanting voice coming from upstairs. She knew that Sophia had been gone for a long while and she wasn't sure if Sophia sang. Nevertheless, Alex hummed along to an unfamiliar tune while she worked. She would investigate when she had the time off from her work.

After a while, the silence was starting to bug her, so she slipped on her shoes and made her way out of the room, just to grab a few drinks and maybe some fresh air outside. As she sat at the bar however, a familiar, and definitely cute face had greeted her.

"Hey." With a shy nod she greeted Alex, but she couldn't help but notice something was bothering the blonde. Did she get into a fight or something. "Alex umm...You ok?"

Clayton quickly closed the gap between them that Valyna made, sealing his lips passionately against hers. His hands had a firm grip over her body as he closed in around her and pushed her up against the tavern wall. A thud rang through the building.

It was the very same spot he had surrounded himself around Alex only days ago. His broken bottle still lay shattered on the floor, the whiskey long sunk into the dirt and the butts of the cigarets lost to the winds.

"Where what?" He whispers in her ear in a primal guttural growl between nibbles upon her neck.

She didn't notice Liz come up at first. She saw her after a minute, but everything felt like she was underwater. She could hear the blood rushing in her head that sounded like water in her ears. "Hey." Did she hear that right? It sounded so garbled.

"Alex umm...You ok?"

She didn't hear her at first. It felt like ages until she replied.

She shook her head a bit to attempt to clear the watery sloshing of blood in her ears. "Yeah... I'm alright. Can I get you something?"

Mentally kicking herself for being so nonchalant about it, she put her elbows on the counter of the bar, waiting for an answer.

Valyna was filled with need and she forgot everything but how Clay was making her feel. She forgot to answer him and started pulling his shirt open. Her hunger matched his maybe moreso because for her it had been a long time. She just wanted to feel.

She must've been in a trance or something, Alex. She didn't seem to register Liz being there in front of her until she faced the blue haired girl leaning in closer to the bar.

Liz furrowed her brow, a bit uneased. The blonde looked alright, on the outside at least, but looking in her eyes she seemed troubled.

"Just a vodka on the rocks." Liz replied with a gruff clearing of her throat. Her mouth felt so dry, like she had been eating sand.

"Yeah. She would chuckle slightly taking the glass from him rathr harshly. Rolling her eyes.
'No time to be upset about what happened earlier.'
The faint tune from eariler bothering her slightly. Allowing her time to snatch her headphones and replace them with another pair from her jeans. Starting the 'calming' rock music that played almost constantly during the day.
" Are you going to stand there or return back to your seat Fairy boy. " she would mock him because of his height. Seeing his agitation in it eailer. She wouldn't be noticed but she was watching the events transferring around the tavern. In arguably. Though against her better judgement. Missing the man who had at least noticed her for something else.

[Somewhere Outside the Tavern]

Keeva approached the Tavern cautiously, keeping as hidden as possible. It hadn't hit her until now that she was approaching the stuff of legend... from tales she had heard throughout childhood. The Place of Beasts - where terrible creatures the likes of which you can't imagine reside; where one may enter, but may never return...

A shiver ran through her as she passed into the shadow of the structure. Slowing her pace, she thought it best not to go right in the front door, and began to sneak around the side in an attempt to peek through a window.

Closer... her breathing became shallow as her nerves heightened. She grasped the hood of her cloak and pulled it over her head, feeling better because of the slight concealment.

Her heart stopped, as did her feet, when she heard someone... or some thing a few feet away. Cursing her lack of weapons and combat experience, she decided a surprise attack would be the best way to take on whatever beast lay in wait.

Taking a deep breath, Keeva readied her dagger, then leapt out with a mighty yell.
