"I see that,". Ethelsen said with a slow nod, a bit amused by the big man's appearance.

" well I do what I can to keep my team mates up and running". Barrett said simply, kicking Scout under the table to stop his snickering. "It's hard though, especially when they make it much more tempting to just let them get eaten."
"Love you to Bar.". Scout teased

While the mysterious silence fell across the bar all seemed to be briefly focused on the suspicious new comer.

Tap Tap Tap Tap

Echoed out across the tavern's wooden floors. Rounding the corner of the staircase was a beautiful woman in a tight red dress. Her hair flowed gently over her shoulders and her eyes filled with curiosity of the strangers who inhabited the room. Almost like a model from a magazine her skin was smooth, her hair soft, her clothes appealing, and her makeup perfect. With grace she dropped down another step, wearing black high heels. "Alright! Time to have some fun!" She announced with a wide smile. Quickening her pace she came the rest of the way down the stairs and made her way to the bar.

Laura had been slightly preoccupied by the mysterious man who entered the Bar. She had tried her best to keep her focus on Barrett though. Upon seeing the other woman come down the stairs from the Tavern's rooms she simply rolled her eyes.

Roy tried to keep an eye on the man who had just entered, he seemed dangerous. Though he failed to do so when distracted by the beautiful woman coming down the stairs. Clearing his throat he glanced back to the woman who sat near him at the fireplace.

"Oh come on, Barrett, I can't be all that bad!" Keenan grinned at her friend. She looked up as the woman seemingly appeared out of nowhere, and she raised one eyebrow dubiously at her.

Lucien just barely glanced at the newcomer. If he was surprised, it didn't show.

Scout turned around in his seat to see who had just walked in and let out a low whistle before remembering who he was sitting next to. "Sorry K,". He whispered quickly.

Barrett hadn't looked over yet, trying to steal a drink from Scout.

Keenan snorted. "Suuuuure."

[Rose]

Charlie's eyes quickly scanned the room. Upon noticing Lucien in the corner she chose him as her target. With a smooth and sexy walk she made her way across the room to him. Taking a seat across from him, seeming to accidentally block his view of the room, she crossed her legs underneath the table, her foot brushing against his leg. Leaning forward she put an elbow on the table and her chin in her hand. "Pour me some wine, it's bad luck to drink alone." She said in a flirtatious tone. Her eyes incisingly looking him over.

Laura smiled and laughed. She liked Barrett, he seemed like a lot of fun. "Your life sounds really exciting." she said.

Roy was unsure what to say or do, he wasn't the best at carrying on conversation.

Lucien watched her expressionlessly for a only a few seconds before stirring from his motionless position. "Luck is what I do." He replied simply, sliding a glass across the table to the woman. He adopted a mildly curious expression.

[Rose]

Charlie raised a brow and grasped the glass. "Oh?" She said, her curiously spiked. "What kind of man holds lady luck in his hand? I was under the impression she was a fickle bitch which no one could control." She said, her words sounding somewhat naive.

He smirked slightly. "Interesting that you should choose to say that." He said, not offering an explanation for what he meant by that. "I don't make luck. I take advantage of it." He replied.

[Rose]

Charlie sipped her wine but never broke her gaze. Lucien interested her a lot. "I too like to take an advantage of a lucky situation." She remarked. "Like a handsome man with a bottle of wine sitting all by himself." She said setting down her glass and biting her red lips.

"You have an odd way of defining luck, miss." Lucien commented. "For all you know, I could be a murdering terrorist, and yet you call it luck, simply because I just happened to be sitting alone with a drink."

[Thorned Hammer]

"Eh, it keeps me in trouble". Grinned Barrett impishly. " how about you? What do you do?".

[Redthorn Anvil]

Keenan yawned. "I'm bored." She decided. "Handie should do better to make things interesting."

[Rose]

Charlie grinned devilishly. "And maybe I'm bored and want to have to take down a blood thirsty terrorist..." She said the giggled in a naive way. "But that's just silly." She added then took a long sip of wine. She lowered her glass and slid it to him for a refill.

Laura looked around awkwardly and bit her bottom lip. "I'm uh, kinda between jobs at the moment. I don't really have much of anything to do. I didn't exactly care for my last career." She stammered.

Lucien wordlessly complied. "Hm, good luck with that. Even if I were, you'd be hard-pressed to take me down, I can assure you." He replied with a slightly amused smirk. So then, what do you call yourself? Or shall I simply keep calling you 'miss'?" He asked.

[Rose]

Her eyes rested on him with a calm and sure stare. She may be underestimating him, but he was most certainly underestimating her. But that's just the way she liked it, no one ever expected it from her. "My name is Charlie." She introduced with a friendly smile.

"A pleasure, I'm sure. Lucien." He replied, gesturing slightly to himself in a casual manner.

[Rose]

Charlie leaned up onto the table, bracing on her arms. Her breasts pushed forwards, nearly popping from her dress. "More wine please.." She said in a seductive tone, holding her glass out.

He inclined his head and filled her glass once more. "To two bored and alone users of luck." He offered, raising his own glass slightly.

[Rose]

Charlie smiled and raised her glass. "To the two hoping to get lucky." She said with a wide smile then tapped her glass to his. "Cheers!" She said somewhat louder than necessary.
