So my influence is obvious, but hopefully I did a good job at it. I could dive into more detail about a lot of things, like why did "Charlotte become pacified?" or "Why are they invisible?", but overall, I thought that is better left explained in character.

Profession: Traveling Crafts Peddler and Seamstress

Possessions: Charlotte carries various trinkets and items that she has collected or made over the years, mostly threads and clothing, and all her possessions could be sold if the price is right. Other than that, she carries everything a wandering merchant would have including a most unique pack animal, a giant spider. Muffet, Charlotte's eight-legged companion, is as large as a cow and has more than enough room to provide Charlotte a riding saddle and carry her bags.

Skills/Magic/Talents:
Queen of Spiders - Charlotte has the ability to control and rally all spiders in her domain. When she calls, they come. A most terrifying power... if the spiders today were larger than a coin. Yes as mythological golden age has passed, larger breeds of spiders have all but died out. Very, very rarely will one encounter a spider large enough to eat a man whole.
Apparent Illusionist - Whether a curse or a blessing, it does not matter. Charlotte and Muffet just do not receive any attention from mundane humans. It is like she does not exist in there world and they won't even notice the mounted spider crawling through town. Any contact with Charlotte or Muffet typically results in a confused look for a second before the thought is swept away from their mind and they carry on, remembering nothing of what they touched. Sure, it protects Charlotte and Muffet from becoming vilified and hunted, but Charlotte just can't seem to sell a thing.
Expert Craftsmanship - Many spiders can weave intricate webs, and Charlotte is no exception. Charlotte produces her own silk and can expertly weave her threads into anything she desires and with six hands on call, her speed is absolutely unrivaled. Of course, her delicate touch can allow her to do other tasks requiring precision, like wood carving.

Demeanour: Once a human-killing 'dungeon boss', Charlotte has now become entirely pacified, not even wanting to taste human blood anymore, even Muffet has no desire for it. Instead, Charlotte now adopts all manner of tropes concerning how to be a 'proper lady', taking some to the extreme. Her general inexperience with the world, may cause her to appear a bit childish or naive. Finally, her usual isolation from others tends to work out well for those who she meets. She'll put on a good amount of charm, either to make a sale, or really layer on the 'proper lady' motif.

History: Time has changed Charlotte completely from previous iterations. She was once a vile and cruel mistress who would lure would-be heroes into her web-infested lair and eat them whole along with her spiderlings. She couldn't care less about humanity or other creatures so long as she and her children were fed and kept safe. As time passed, Charlotte saw fewer and fewer humans, meaning she was becoming less and less violent, as did her children. Eventually, humanity just kind of phased out the 'crazy spiderlady in the cave' and just carried on, ignoring her attempts at provocation until eventually she gave up. So through a long period of boredom, Charlotte kind of evolved into a more humanistic form as her memory of slaying humans faded along with her darker intentions. Now pacified, Charlotte saw the world and instantly she aspired to fall back into her role as 'queen', wanting nothing more than to become a noble lady of a court. Thinking she can 'buy' her way into one day, she decided that a merchant was her calling until then.

@Pirouette The cs looks good, I have a question though. A big premise of this rp is that mythicals tend to forget who they are truly when in a human form. Now your character is in a mythical form, but what seems to be a restrained verse, will this effect her memory? Also, flipping back and forth between true and altered forms is very rare in this rp, life altering experiences have to take place. Will this be an issue?

Ah yes, Charlotte does not remember her origin at all. She is aware that she can manipulate spiders and looks like a spider, but she doesn't remember her time as a villain or that she is a full on Drider, instead she believes she is some weird spider breed.

Secondly, Charlottes pacified form is a bit of a far cry from her original. However, I had in mind that Charlotte is pretty proud of her uniqueness and as far as she could remember, she never wanted to change. She'll be able to remember slightly more than others at the start but the overall result is that Charlotte is a bit loopy. And she cannot alternate her true form and her pacified form, she doesn't remember a true form.

Ultimately, it might be considered bad for all if Charlotte switches forms. Drider's are naturally evil and Charlotte was no exception.

There are underground caves and caverns that connect in the bottom of the castle and since its residents know of mythicals you can use it as a jumping off point. If not enter wherever.

@Pirouette no, most commoners in this cannot see mythicals even if they are standing right in front of them. They have to want to and most don't or just can't anymore. Part of the reason mythicals tend to forget what they are. Hiding for so long around people strips that away.

i appreciate that you considered me for this, i am most grateful :)
here is my character sheet:
Name: Rhea briniel
Race: Elf but hides herself as human among crowds
Apparent Age: 16
Actual Age: unknown

To appear human she covers her ears with her hair and puts her pet in her jacket.
Profession: zoologist
Possessions: her parents died in a fire and the only things she had left was her pet and a necklace to remind her of them.


Skills/Magic/Talents: Rhea has the skill to bind into her pets senses to make her see further distances and travel faster and not to be seen. She also can turn into an animal but not the big animals, examples: bears, lions, tigers. Her last talent is to see into the past of other people, sometimes it can be traumatic for her.

Demeanour: her outside appearance is that of grace and kindness, she definitely is shy but is very trusting, most of the time to trusting.

History: her history is harsh and often does not like to talk about it often causing her to tear up. First she lost her family in a fire then she had to hide herself in the mingst of everyone else it was hard she could not make close friends in fear they would found out what she was. She often had to do things she didn't want to do to survive, but the one thing that made her happy was her pet Zomeer.
