Alex and Link went away from the group for their own adventures, although they would not mind anyone following them. It had already reached nighttime, but the lights of the city lit the world up. They walked passed moving cars, other people, and buildings. Most people thought they were from a cosplay convention, and were taking a break to get a bite to eat.

Even if Kaika seemed to be silently following them, she was still having a mental conversation with her accompanying Spirit, since most people wouldn't hear the Spirit Miki talk anyways or see her. "Are you sure this is fine?...there is still a few more souls to retrieve and restore before they progress into Shadow Replicas..." Miki asked to make sure, since sometimes whatever Kaika did was unclear.

It's fine...the Shadow Replicas would go for me anyways, I'm their biggest threat... she thought to Miki, and she briefly let out a sigh.

Lelouch tried to fly the Shinkiro a bit more higher, but X had managed to attack the certain area of the defense system that the force field began to flicker a bit before returning to normal. "This would be a little easier to deal with if I had my entire fleet with me...I was never the greatest pilot, but all this Knightmare needed in the first place was a person with the intellect to handle the keyboard controls," Lelouch said, a little surprised that this single robot was able to partially damage the shields with just one attack.

"Your defense capibilateys are not upgraded to 173.24. Your best sulution is to get that upgrade in the preferable afterlife." X said as he began to hit harder.

Zeth walked to the nearby burger place. "A slab of deer meat." He said as he slammed some gold coins on the counter.

Link and Alex soon saw Zeth. "Hey!" Alex said as they both waved.

The man at the counter gave Zeth a weird look. "Hey, you must be one of those cosplay freaks that have been running loose. Order something on the menu or go join your friends, and pay with real money." The man said as he pointed to Link and Alex, thinking the coins were fake.

Kaika only walked and followed them into a restaurant, where it seemed like Zeth was having some trouble ordering. "Here, use this," Kaika said as she handed over several dollar bills to Zeth, at least her "assassin" persona gets paid. "Oh, and I'll be taking a moment in the bathroom, just wait for me," Kaika says to the group before heading into the bathroom to change her attire. After a few minutes, Kaika walked out of the bathroom with a much more "normal" attire, she now wears a simple pink and white striped shirt with an unbuttoned denim jacket over it, a short denim skirt, and brown boots with fur. Her most noticeable trait was her long brown hair, now tied into two long ponytails with small red ties.

Zeth looked at the man in rage. "I am no freak sir. I am a warrior of Eatha!" He reached for his sword when he saw the money. He took it and looked back at the man. "I will partake in the... 'Burger' sir."

Lina realized her friends had left her to indulge and she was eagerly running there. Bursting opened the doors she rushed to the counter. "I'll have one of everything on the menu.." She said slapping down real coins or at least what she hoped passed for them.

Ruby zippped after Alex and Link appearing at the place. "Do they have any cookies here?" She asked. Lina looked at her weirdly. "This is a burger shop or meat shop not a bakery.." She said.

Mizn joined with the group at the burger place not being able to eat he got them a table and waited for them.

Zeth freaked out because there was so many people. He lashed out his sword. "I get to feast first!"

"Meh, I'm not that hungry anyways," Kaika says as she sits at a table with her messenger bag, puts some headphones on so she could listen to some music, and then takes out a math textbook and some binder paper. Even if she was some "assassin" and linked to the spirit world while stuck in this crisis, Kaika still had to do some of her homework for high school. Sure enough the complicated equations would be unfamiliar to some.

"I knew someone like you would crack from so much cosplay." The man said to himself quietly. He then took Zeth's order. "That will be $5 sir." He said.

Link and Alex soon walk up to Zeth, wondering why he got angry.

Lina cleared her throat. "What about my order sir?" She said sighing.

Zeth placed all the money on the counter. "And what is this 'Cos play'?" He asked.

"Goddammit! I forgot my calculator!" Kaika cried out in a random outburst while doing her math homework, realizing that she didn't have a calculator and that her phone didn't have a calculator in it.

"It's were a bunch of people dress up as people from video games, like Alex and Link over there..." The man said as he pointed to Alex and Link. "Or cartoons and movies, although I don't know what show the character you are dressed up as is from." He finished. He then started to take Lina's order once the cook started making Zeth's.

"Your name is Link?" Alex asked as he looked up at Link. Link just gave a happy nod.

"Um I am not a cosplayer. I am a sorceress.." Lina said tho she doubted the man would believe her. Ruby sat down unhappy because the place did not serve what she liked.

Zeth walked to a table and sat down. He unwrapped the paper that covered the burger and looked at it. "How on fataeth am I suppose to eat this?"

"Oh! I can show you! I can show you!" Alex said happily. Link just smiled and watched.

"I'll just do this later," Kaika sighed to herself as she turned her music off from her headphones, wearing the headphone set around her neck as she put her school work away. Even if they pretty much stuck out in the restaurant like a sore thumb, Kaika didn't really care, it wasn't like they were going to stay any longer after this.
