[IC] Hidden Truths and Feelings

Catty grunted "Ye I am okay, are you?" She called over and saw two gunmen eneter the room their guns clicked pointed at her. She gulped slightly before slowlt stood up hands up "Easy we heard the shots and werew hiding" she said.

Russell stands up, biting his tongue. A patch of blood can be seen on his shoulder. "Yeah. If you need a getaway car, you can take my car." he takes out the keys with his good arm.

"calling the police?" asked one of the men as he pointed the gun at her frien which made her tense up "well we can't have people see us" muses darkly . catty's eyes widen , her body started to shake and shut her eyes tightly "NO" she yelled as her eyes flew open a blasting beam came from her eyes slamming the male from the room sharply and put into the street sharply. She shook her head stopping it and blinked "the-" Shr was hit by the butt of the other mans rifle knocking her over as she held her nose.

Russell charges the second gunman while he is focused on Catty. By the time the gunman noticed Russell charging, Russell was already in front of the gunman. Russell grabs the gun and wrestles for it.

catty sweeps the males legs from uner him tripping him and allowing hinm to crash to the ground as well as her friend got the gun she glared "don't move amuscle the police are here" said hearing the sirens as she looked over as fie polie man rushed in.

Russell pants lightly. A policeman notices his shoulder and says "We need to get you to the hospital." Russell looks confused then remembers his wound. "Only if my friend here can come with me. she might help too as she might bein shock."

The female police officer nodded calling in an ambulance "can someone explain to me why there is a massive hole in the wall?" she asked as catty chuckled mostly in shock "trust me....you wouldn't belive the half of it" she said

"I saw it qith my own eyes and even I can barely believe it." says Russell, smiling softly. "Let's go and wait outside for the ambulance. While we wait, we can anwser any questions to the best of abilities."

As they waited outside, the police merely were getting the guy that was out cold on the sidewalk and when he got up he screamed seeing catty "Yeah you better be scared of me pointing a gun at my friend" she said as the man shook his head before he was lead away. She smiled as tried to answer everything the best she could, still not stating it was her that was the reason that huge hole in the wall.

Russell answered the questions the best that he could. When the hole in the wall popped up, he lied about it. Eventually the ambulance arrived. The back doors opened and two medics jumped out. The police officer with Russell called them over and telled them the situation. "I am not leaving without my friend." Russell says to noone in particular.

Catty smiled gently "i'm staying with you " she promised smiling as she got in the car with her friend as he was checked for vital readings and seeing if he was in any critcal danger/

The medics patcheh him up, gave him some painkillers and said that he was lucky that his wound was one that allowed him not to go to the hospital. "Thanks Catty." says Russell smiling back. "We really need to got in touch with your parents. Last night was weird enough but now this is something entirely different."

Catty nodded slowly as she decided to call her father when they got back to the house as definately her father might have the answers they had been looking for.

Russell remains silent. He was getting his head around the events of the last 24 hours. He sees only a few common elements and after awhile he says "It seems that only when we are threatened that these happen to you. It is a hypothesis I don't want to try anytime soon. Any ideas to support or break that?"

"but you have been in trouble before. But never have these powers showed themselves" said slowly looking at the other with worry. She was telling truth why did these powers click in now and not before.

Russell shrugs "Don't know." after some time, they arrive back at the house. "Let's get inside and get hold of your parents. They could shed some light on the problem." he says before getting out of the car and going to the front down.

She nodded slowly as she came back to her room and called her mother and father as they said they would explain when they got back. She sighed gently as she nodded slowly and hangs up " They said they explain it when they got back home" she said coing back to the living room.

Russell has a confused look on his face about the choice of words. "Okay, when do they get home and do you need a lift back or are they coming here?"

"Well they never said a time or day they be home they just said when we get back home" she said slowly and blinked her eyes and smiled "A lift would be awesome, but i'll wait for them to get back home"

"so, do you want to watch a movie or somethind else?" Russell asks "I know how to make popcorn in the pot if we are going to watch something. I just need to feed the corn."
